The owners of this shoddy outfit - Alix and Daniella are basically shady car dealers, ECU faults are cleared before sales, MOT's are fudged and warranties not worth the paper they are written on. If you still want to go and buy here then I have a number for a good shrink! They used to drive around in flat bed truck with caravans on tow to give you a clue:-)

I must recommend Orchard Cars Sales in Hook. Very friendly, helpful, and honest service. There was a small problem with the car I bought, but it was fixed promptly. At every step of the way Alex kept me in the loop. I will definitely be buying another car from them, thank you SO much

Identified a number of faults on a car for sale by my mechanically minded chap, salesman became really rather unpleasant when presented with this. Hard to say anything good here - avoid avoid..
A bit late writing a review, but have to say that the Volvo V70 I bought from here last year is a really good car and has excelled my expectations. I was able to fully road test the car on my own and the salesperson was very polite and professional. I discovered a problem with the air conditioning after collecting the car which I had missed whilst inspecting the car, which could have been an expensive mistake - but needn’t have worried as Alex was quite happy to offer a full repair including fitting a new condenser unit without any cost to me. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received and would definitely consider using this company again.

Vehicles with hidden faults sold here, you have been warned...
They advertised a convertible Audi A4 without telling me about so many obvious faults such as roof leaking clutch about to go and many more. When I said no they kept my deposit “for cleaning purposes” despite me having concrete evidence of promises to return deposit in the event of no sale. They should be avoided at all costs - these are the dodgy car dealers you read about avoiding. Make sure you don’t give them your hard earned money.

I found what I was looking on the Orchard Auto Sales.website and contacted them to discuss the vehicle and getting it from Warnham to Nth Ayrshire, Scotland. The man who dealt with me is the Owner/Dir and from the moment I first contacted him to the after sales contacts and followups he has demonstrated the utmost Courtesy, Respect, Helpfulness and Professional Attention to detail that has made buying this great vehicle a real pleasure. (Nobody is paying me to write this review!) I opted to drive my p/exch vehicle down to Warnham and drive the Citroen back and at all times, both the owner, and the staff I met whilst down there, displayed the same Courtesy, Helpfulness, Attention to detail and a just very warm welcome to their extensive holdings in Warnham. They even sorted out the car tax online for me so i didn't have to do it myself. The vehicle was washed and detailed for me and the back up Service Documentation proved to me the very well maintained vehicle it has been. It came with a 12 Months' MOT as part of the package. I can;t fault the care and helpfulness, and just down to earth common civility of these guys and will certainly buy a second vehicle from them. The Citroen I bought, showed me, on the 440 mile journey back home, that it was indeed mechanically solid and had not been oversold. It did everything it needed to do and returned me 48mpg as well ! If you need to buy a good vehicle (they have a paddock full of good vehicles) and have a happy and accurate buying experience then go to these guys and you will not be disappointed. You see them by appointment and they look after you. All my question were answered - both before and after my purchase - and I have no hesitation at all recommending them to anyone who wants a safe and reliable way to get into a well looked after and honest vehicle - Happy Buying ! Went to look at a golf. Was informed by a non welcoming old guy that I didn’t know what I wanted. Didn’t want to move the car unless I was definitely going to buy it. Told him I wouldn’t know til I’d driven it. Pushy, unpleasant, gives the trade a poor name.

Dropped into Orchard car sales to get a cheap small car for my daughter to use while at university as it was local and seemed okay with reasonable selection of budget cars on display. I looked around them and was quite quickly challenged in an aggressive way by an unpleasant character who introduced himself as the owner Alixs and went on to inform me that if I wanted to carry on looking I would need to be definite sale. I said I was just looking thanks but he became immediately quite offensive at which point I chose to leave and find a different more professional seller, so based on this alone I would not recommend this outfit whatsoever, I left feeling really disappointed.

Orchard Car Sales Ltd or OCS Car Sales Ltd as they are also known, are a car dealership who specialise in the sales of used cars. Having looked on their website we can see that they are a family run business who have over 20 years experience in the trade.
