I always read the reviews on an outfit before I go and even think about a visit, most of the reviews on Autotrader seemed good so I thought on balance give them a go. However it was a very poor experience at Orchard car sales and then I found this review site that had much more balanced reviews and more accurate I dare say too!! One to avoid ladies and gents..

Bought a car (Renault Kangoo) from the Orchard Car Sales website as we live more than 300 miles away so it was a bit of a risk. They were very helpful on the phone and assured me it was good car in good condition. My son collected it later and drove back here confirming it was indeed a first class buy.

it been a long time since I needed to buy a second hand car and Orchard Car Sales reminded me what a P poor experience it can be! For anyone who has spent enough time to read these reviews please save yourself a very unpleasant experience at the hands of the smart Alecs who run this place, you have been warned..

Brought my son’s his first Car from the guys at Orchard Car Sales , Many thanks for being patient and and letting us test drive different models. Very happy with our new little ford and the service Russel provided to my Sons choosing the right hatchback to learn to drive in. Highly recommended !!

I sent a car mechanic to look at a potential nice car for me to buy from Orchard Car Sales for a once over as I am not knowing car things, the man I am sending identified the mileage advertised is not matching the actual recorded mileage when he looked at it. When questioned about this the salesman Alik said the website not always up to date not to worry!!… However when on the second visiting by the mechanic the mileage did magically match the advertised mileage so had reduced by quite a considerable bit, the salesman Alik must have special magcial powers or something but became aggressive and unpleasant to the mechanic and he left without making nice to mechanic I highly do not recommend please do not to come to and trying to buy from this place!!!!!!

We pre-booked an appointment to test drive a car. We drove 2 hours to get to this dealership only to be told that we can test drive the car only if we buy it. We wanted to test-drive it first and to see few other cars too. At this point seller changed from polite, to rude. We couldn't test-drive the car and drove 2 more hours back home. Dealership simply wasted 4 hours of our time and we would bet that there is something wrong with that car.

Car seemed tidy and well valeted, quite low mileage and good price, however soon developed faults that weren't covered (of course) by the warranty I was pushed into buying at time of purchase. Salesman got aggressive when returned with a 3rd party mechanic to discuss the problems and told to basically leave! Really bad unprofessional behaviour. Definitely look elsewhere!

This is our second car from Orchard Car Sales, find them always honest and their Cars a lot better quality than a lot of the other garages, nice guys to deal with, would definitely recommend

As a single female I am unfortunately well aware that there are some sad men of a certain type out there, well trust me there is one here! I went to Orchard car sales as they had a reasonably priced car that fitted my budget, I looked it over and requested a test drive from the sales guy. As soon as we were in the car together he started making suggestive remarks which was totally disgusting! I'm actually an Engineer in the forces so I do know a few things about cars and the lies this guy gave me about the car insulted me beyond words! I could rant on but I won't waste any more of my time time on this individual.
