Having purchased my 3rd Mercedes from Mercedes Oxford in 4 years and advised to take out alloy wheel insurance on your recommendation I did so with a view to knowing I was going to get a excellent service. On contacting the car care plan to get a repair done, I had to chase them up them up on three occasions before getting an appointment arranged, and to my utter dismay and disappointment was informed it would not be until 2nd February. I think this is totally unacceptable for Mercedes using a company that cannot provide a top service.

My wife’s car had the glass roof panel & rear window accidentally broken today & paid impromptu visit to Mercedes Oxford to get sorted. Thanks for the great service Natasha.

Ordered our new GLA AMG , unfortunatly wrong one was sent to showroom, however the customer service that we received from Neil was above and beyond the extra mile he was polite friendly and courteous , not only did he deliver a courtesy car for a week till ours arrived, but made sure that everything was perfect the following week when we collected our new car. Top salesman, top marks and will definatly recommend to others.
