I have experienced a few minor issues with cars I've bought and the dealership have always resolved, in the quickest, most efficient manner possible. I live the other end of the country, and I'm more than happy to travel the distance to buy from this dealer, that says it all! I've been storing two classic cars for more than a year now at the Oyster Cars storage facility, which has also included some additional services such as minor repair work they have arranged for me and storage of a winter wheel-set (the latter at no additional cost). Have got to know Jon and Andy well over this time and have always been impressed by the efficient, friendly and personal service they provide to customers. Nothing is too much trouble, the facility is secure and well-managed and they bring both enthusiasm and professionalism to what they do, in contrast to the often indifferent service encountered at 'big brand' dealerships. Highly recommended.

This guy will say anything to get a sale, he even said pre sales he loved the car so much he would be happy to consider buying it back as and when I decided to sell. But as I found, once he has the money the cracks will appear and you will find there is absolutely no back up. Take no notice of the full and thorough PDI and and FULL service etc. which is offered for piece of mind etc. In my experience beyond a promise it simply did not happen. Likewise with the car service history and photo of stamped up book, take a closer look. The car I bought was advertised as with full service history, however the truth was on the pages NOT photographed, there was 4 years of no servicing even then with, what had been done half of it was a local garage not main agent. In truth the whole experience has turned into a nightmare of one failure after another with the 12 month warranty not worth the paper it wasn't written on.
