I have bought my car from Pace Automotive and after 2 hours driving it an engine management Light came on! When I have called the seller and asked for help he said he will book an appointment with mechanic, I was waiting the next day I send a message no reply , I went to garage in my village and they checked the car ! The oxygen sensor has been broken and the seller didn't tell me about it ! When I called him again and asked if he booked an appointment he said call back next week the mechanic are busy ! I can't wait that long I needed to drive my car to work ! I have repaired my car it cost me 131 pounds for it when I told him about it he ignored my messages! It's not only me who had a problem with a car just after few hours after driving it ! Seller knows about the problems but won't tell you it's all about the money ! Be careful

Brought a corsa for my daughter because we brought it for £200 less than the asking price they said there would be no guarantee with the car, 2 days after buying it it broke down(not sure how they managed to get a 12 month MOT on it) cost £300 to repair then a week later the coolant pipe leaked & had to be replaced would not recommend Pace Automotive

I purchased a Skoda Octavia from Pace Automotive a few months ago, and I am still awaiting to recieve the rest of the service history documents that I was told would be sent to me. It was advertised as recently serviced and that the cam belt and pump were changed 20k miles ago. The service was not a service, just looked over by a mate. Since buying the car it has been checked over and the front breaks and a cv joint (and boot) had to be changed, as they were in a state 'unlikely' to pass an MOT (this car was sold with a brand new MOT??).... to add to this, the air con condenser also needs replacing!! I tried to contact them to return the car and I have been ignored, the warranty is also worthless!!! ! I did get a minor discount off the purchase price because the car had been deeply scratched (keyed) over 6 panels, which is going to cost a lot more than the discounted amount to get it repaired!! I did contact them about the issues with the car and that I would like to return it for a refund, the reply I got from them was that the car was sold as seen and that the warranty only covered the engine (even though some of the problems are engine problems!!! This car has cost me an additional £1500 to get it into a road worthy condition, and I have still not had the scratches repaired!!! Avoid these cowboys!!

Amazing service from Pace Automotive, buy my Bmw from pace superb drive and amazing customer service . Brilliant, friendly and professional customer service from the time of us viewing cars to the time of us buying! But also with no pressure to buy, we felt secure buying from them with the information and honesty they provided! The Bmw we brought was clean and very well looked after by them too!
