My partner bought a BMW 1 series from here. She is very pleased with her car. The service was brilliant and they were happy to do a good deal on the car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend using this dealer.
Bought my first car from here last week. To find out the same night that timing belt change is overdue a month prior. Milage also advertised at 59,999 but when enquired I was told 61,000. On the finance documents was 62,000 but the vehicle showed 63,730. When I told them the next morning I was told that the timing belt doesn't need changing and I should ignore professional advice as they 'only want you to spend money'. I have been advised not to drive the car and it's been sitting on my drive since purchased. He has refused to pay for the work to be done, swap the car or take the car back and had me on a wild goose chase for a week ignoring my calls. Asked him to email me his refusal with reasons, but he has refused to do this too. Won't even send me their email address. Very unprofessional and rude. All smiles when they want you to buy the car- Beware of their fake persona!! I Do Not recommend buying a car from them! Scammers!

I’m not one to moan usually but I think I need to make an exception just to warn others who may be considering purchasing a car from Paragon Cars London and share my experience! I parched an Evoque, looked lovely on the outside HPI checked out clear no obvious issues, I requested an MOT and a service on the vehicle before purchasing, sadly it failed its MOT on rear backlight but that was ‘corrected’ and sure enough the day after it passed. I drove back from London to the Isle of wight and the backlight unit had stopped working - so I’m guessing they did a bodge job to get it through its MOT Also, i was told over WhatsApp the APR would be 7.5%, it was intact 11.5% shameful lies Last week my tire blew out (it can happen to any car so not unhappy about that) and I did some damage to the alloy in the process so went to have it sprayed by a specialist and the bloke said you do know this car has 100% been in a crash the entire rear has been sprayed and heavily over-sprayed meaning over time it will begin to peel After finding this out I decided to get a full diagnostics to check on the vehicle flagging up 46 yes 46 faults after 5 months, 2 of which were crash faults, which should have been flagged by the service but clearly ignored I made a attempt to compromise with them with no help offered by them, apart from them remind me of there ‘top the range’ (no pun intended) 5 star warranty - to which I contacted they don’t help with any electrical issues including lights and the majority of the fault codes I had - with a £1000 max spend on with this service it’s worth is next to nothing any mechanical issue with a range rover is going to be far over £1000 so PLEASE take a mechanic with you or someone who knows exactly what they are looking for and if you are a first time buyer don’t be ripped off like I was !

Sorry you have some experienced a few issues, however we would like to point out some things here. 1. The car has never been in an accident to our knowledge and when we purchased it was HPI clear indicating certain factors, but most important: i) Never been in a categorised accident ii) Never Been Stolen iii) Free from finance 2. You mention an issue with the finance rate, however we have evidence of your acknowledging the finance rate when you signed the documents, so unsure what the issue is here? There is nothing from us stating 7.5%APR, if you can show us otherwise we would be interested to see. 3. As for the paintwork issues, this can arise from paintwork carried out to the car after it was first built. We would say this is expected for a 5 year old vehicle. Why has taken you almost 6months to bring these issues to our attention? 4. The light was repaired and hence had a retest at the MOT centre, and only passed because it was working correctly. If you have doubts regarding the MOT, please contact VOSA who can investigate this for you. However, we would like to point out that the MOT station has been running for a number of years with a good reputation. 5. We have reviewed the diagnostic report you have sent and for that many codes to come up all at once it seems highly likely but not guaranteed that it is an issue with the health of the battery which can be cause of the electrical issues you are experiencing. 6. There were no issues when the car was serviced (this was prior to your enquiry), and mechanical and/or electrical problems can happen at anytime and given you have had the vehicle for a while it is almost impossible for these issues to be present at point of sale. 7. The warranty does cover electrical issues, because some previous customers who have needed assistance for electrical issues have had them covered subject to the nature of the problem which is individual to any car. You have mentioned the £1000 claim limit is not enough but on your messages to us you had stated the light is £150 to get fixed, so cannot see the issue here? You must not assume just because it is a Range Rover it is going to cost £000s. May we also add that you purchased the vehicle for £25500, not £26500 at stated. When purchasing a new or used vehicle, issues can arise due the number of components in a vehicle, wear and tear of the vehicle along with other factors.
