Bought a 19 year old Mistbishi Sport of this Dealer in December 2023 - the car was advertised as having 84,000 miles on the clock, when it had 88.000. It was in good condition inside & out for its age & I was told it would come to me fully serviced. I do believe it was never touched! The timing belt had never been changed, nor had any of the auxiliary belts. It needed all new filters, a new crank shaft pulley & the handbrake adjusted - this cost me £750.00! I am very lucky to have an excellent, honest mechanic! This Dealer is not to be trusted!!!

No point in feeling secure with their warrenty offer of 6 months. Have had nothing but trouble with our purchase ever since we bought the car. It was not even fit for the road putting my family at risk!!!! Car has been off the road now for 5 weeks!!! Consumer rights and court is now the only option as they are a bunch of cowboys!!! Do not buy from here!!!!

Bought my JEEP here, within a month it developed a significant diesel leak at the injection return pipe, took six weeks to get it booked in with their mechanic that they use use for warranty work so that was six weeks with the vehicle, then the gearbox went into limp mode, had to get the vehicle recovered from the side of the road, then the front suspension failed, then the rear differential failed, vehicle is an absolute bundle of scrap mechanically, then found out that the rear quarter panel on the drivers side was 90% body filler as the vehicle looks like it has accident damage that I wasn't told about at the point of sale. Worst experience ever buying a car, can only award one star onnyhis site as there's no option for a minus number.

Extremely happy with Parkgate Auto Solutions, especially the very patient and helpful David. Bought my Jeep GC from him and arranged for a collection agent to collect the vehicle and transport home to Yorkshire. David was more than happy to answer all my questions about the vehicle, service history, requests for additional photos, arranged a service of the vehicle with a Jeep Master Technician and kept me updated through WhatsApp and email throughout the process. I'm very happy with the vehicle and would recommend Parkgate highly. Thank you!

Advertises cars with less mileage than actually on the mileometer. Claims that car will be serviced but immediately had a fault. Had to wait two weeks for it to be booked in to "his mechanic". While I was reporting the fault in his office another customer rang up with a problem with their purchase and was bringing it back. If you want the archetypal second hand car dealer flogging shonky motors then Parkgate Auto Solutions is it.

Avoid Parkgate Auto Solutions. Had a terrible customer experience and so walked away from buying the car. Owner/saleman David seemed annoyed we wanted to look at and test drive a car. Biggest mistake I made was actually liking the car and going back. Within 3 days the car had issues which in fairness he agreed to fix, or at least said he would. More issues appeared and he got his mechanic to look at the car again. Still not fixed so it was booked in again. The fault was now dangerous, putting the car into limp mode and automatically slowing it down, not a pleasant experience on the motorway. Explained we wanted to return the car, as we were legally allowed to do. Argued that he wouldn't be doing it and then stopped accepting calls. New car has now been sitting in the drive for over 6 weeks as its not worth risking driving it. Looks like it's going to be a fight for a solicitor now.
