Simon 10/10 Simon 10/10 coming in early and sorting the deal for a Sunday. Bad points car was left with under 1 bar off fuel left and car come with no insurance had to sort 1 day policy on the spot which cost £60 as my previous insurance was closed on a Sunday. Cars usually come with a 7day policy. Hats off to Simon though.

Initially park hills were great when buying the car under these strange covid restrictions but then standards, helpfulness and attitude quickly took a dramatic dive. Car had to be delivered due to lockdown so you have to take them on their word. Car was delivered with unlisted damage, dangerous brakes and company took no responsibility. Customer service is terrible once car is off the forecourt. Think twice before buying in these times from park hills.

from the first call regarding the enquiry about the car i wanted jeoy was a great help he sorted me a full MOT out so i turned up to view the car it was gleaming amd with it being ready to go i took it away the same day

Highly recommend The 3rd place I looked for a car and found it a pleasant experience, I went with the hubby when we arrived we were approached immediately was given the keys to my new countryman COOPER SD and was left alone to inspect it, NO pushy tactics. Paul's a lovely chap and kept us up to date until handover day. My only upset was the low offer on my mercedes as part exchange, which I sold privately within 24 hrs and got £2000 more than the offer.lol. Still recommend, quality and service.
