Very happy!!! I bought my focus from LE11 Cars and it's great! Cannot fault! The service was brilliant aswell, they were polite,very professional and made me laugh! Great dealership and great guys! Would highly recommend!
I have had a Multitude of issues with my Car from LE11. The car has been in the dealership on a number of occasions for repairs and each time the car has been returned there have still been issues with it and some issues have been made worse. They did give me a courtesy car every time I brought the car back and in the end the owner was understanding and agreed to refund the car but I have lost quite a bit of money trying to put the car right. Based on that I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle for my first car from LE11 cars and the vehicle within 2 weeks was in the garage. It was in and out of the garage 4 times before the issue was fixed and the staff were not very helpful and seemed to take a laid back approach. By no means are they a bad company however I feel the approach and the general issue that I encountered upon this occasion have lead me to write such a review. Please do go down to LE11 cars and view and test drive the vehicles but I would advise getting someone that is trained in looking over vehicles first before purchasing one from them.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. After having driven miles, I was disappointed that the car was not as advertised. The sales assistant came out and immediately began to swear and then when I told him there was no need to be aggressive, he told me that he would show me aggressive. Even to the point where I had 999 dialed in my phone.
Excellent service and very helpful staff who i must say we're not pushy like they often are in car sales. I have had my car for a few months now and I'm very happy with it and I would definetly recommend them.
I purchased a Honda back in August. The car appeared to be clean and in good condition but I am currently having issues with it. The dealers are looking into repairing the issue but they are taking their time and it's costing money. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

really good dealership. I bought a BMW from them back in July and I am very happy with it. the car was very nice and clean and matched its auto trader description, I have only had one issue which unfortunately was not covered under warranty and I had to pay out for that but other than that its been great and I am happy. I would recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Ford Focus from LE11 Cars in July. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and I had a couple of issues with the car but nothing that they didn't get resolved very quickly and efficiently. The car was in good condition over all other than being a little dusty inside. They have been really good overall and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
