Purchased a Citroen c3 and I am over the moon with it. Alex was so down to earth and I felt so comfortable with him and other members of staff. I have went to other car garages and I’ve got to say this has been the best so would highly recommend.
Been looking to buy a Kia Sportage for a while travelling for miles over the period of 2 months and when I noticed kia parks in Bathgate I went to view. All I can say is Chris Masterson was excellent with me and sorted out what I was wanting and finally getting what I had been looking for because Chris went that Extra 2 miles for me so if anyone is looking for there next car and end up popping in to Kia parks in Bathgate please ask for Chris because he will bend over backwards and try his hardest to get what you want even chasing managers to get what you want.10/10 for service and effort.

Just bought my second car from here and although there was a minor problem, nothing major, it was sorted with fantastic customer service. The customer service and non pushy sales technique is why i travel over an hour every time i need work done on my car or am buying a new one. Chris matheson was brilliant at finding us a car, keeping us updated along the way and organising everything ready for collection. Allan jack who did the car hand over was also brilliant. When tge problem with the car was noticed both him and chris worked together, going above and beyond, to fix the issue while still keeping me driving away happy. The car is amazing and, like the service provided by chris and alan, surpassed expectations. 100% will be continuing to use this garage in the future and highly recommend.

This was my first time for a long time buying a brand new car and I was a little apprehensive but Chris Masterson at Parks Kia in Bathgate was an absolute delight to deal with. He is one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, I honestly cannot recommend him enough. Anyone looking to buy a car please give this guy a shout you wont be disappointed.

Excellent customer service from start to finish from parks kia bathgate. kia ceed daytime running light went out.as had the warranty by three month.went in to kia garage .spoke to Hayden service advisor. Booked my car in to be checked.needed o/s + n/s lights replaced .The work was done in a couple of hours.at no cost to me .A very big thank you Hayden.for your polite kind and helpful manner.I will be buying new car next year and YES IT WILL BE A KIA.from CHRIS .THANK YOU ALL. Last night i purchased a 207 from Parks Bathgate for £3995 i have recently had a bad time with a different garage however park helped me to become confident again whilst on the road in one of there cars my car is amazing no faults and a good price with warranty i cant really ask for more..so thank so much parks for all ur help i will definitely be coming back again and i would be very happy to send friends and family to u in the future as u r very honest and professional...thanks again
I am happy with my Kia Rio from Parks. There were some small cosmetic issues with the car but they sorted them out no problem. The car was very clean and tidy and I have had no issues up to now, it runs great. I would happily recommend Parks in Bathgate.
