No undue hard-sell or undue pressure, just straight forward information & advice. We had about 90% opted for a Suzuki, but Steven suggested a return in a couple of days to make sure. First time I have used this dealer, I was met and introduced to Douglas Sillars when I went to the forecourt looking to purchase a Dacia Sandero, Douglas was so helpful to me in deciding what car best suited me, I knew when I went what I was looking for and Douglas spoke me through everything before taking me out on a test drive. This was back in September 202, due to covid and Brexit my new car would not be ready for 6 months and Douglas kept me updated every step of the way with emails and phone conversations, I then decided at the start of January 2022 I would just go for a used car as the wait was starting to get to me, I emailed Douglas and he contacted me to say the show room Dacia Sandero Comfort was going on sale that day and would I consider buying this, after some thought I decided this was right for me and contacted Douglas, he was more than happy with my decision and the process was started for me to purchase my car, my car was purchased on 06/01/2012 and I couldn't be any happier with it, I cant also thank Douglas enough for all he done for me, would definitely recommend Douglas as a top salesman for parks, and good luck for the future

Absolutely avoid. At first I thought they were ok but then had an issue with a recurring fault they were clearly unable to fix and they didn’t care I’d been back almost 10 times. It’s quite clearly a conveyor belt of people and cars - no real service and the fact they call you ‘sir’ and wash your car as part of the service doesn’t matter to me. I’d rather have a competent mechanic. The manager can’t be trusted.

I recently purchased a new Dacia Sondero from Parks Coatbridge and from the moment I entered the showroom I was met firstly by Natalie who started off the process, acting in a very professional and courteous manner. She kept us up to date throughout the ordering and with the paperwork. When the car arrived Steven then took over and again it was all done in a very professional and informative manner. Nothing was too much bother for him and he followed up the sale with phonecalls asking if any problems - which there were none - enquiring as to how the car was performing. A very nice touch.
