Utter rubbish car dealership. Service department is a joke. No call backs, no information. Take no responsibility for selling an engine damaged car! 3 weeks later no car and told we need to pay £5000. repair bill on a car now only valued at £7000. Total Rip off Merchants.

I've already submitted an unfavourable review and the last piece of information I needed was what commission they received from the leasing company which they recommended for my finance. They are obliged by law to supply this information and so far I have asked 5 times with no feedback. What next, do they think an unhappy customer will simply just go away.

Very bad service! Every time I've order parts from them is an issue. Or wrong parts supplied after giving them numbers from diagram! Or not even order them! And when I've call them next day to find out where parts are for costumer car they just apologise every time. RUBBISH SERVICE!

I was looking to exchange my current Nissan Qashqai manual for a Qashquai automatic. I contacted Nissan East Kilbride and spoke to Gordon Irvine, Sales Executive and explained what I was looking for. He tod me he had two automatic Qashquis in stock. My wife and I went along to see the cars and to speak to Gordon. Before we saw the cars, I explained to him that I didn't expect to ever be in Parks again and explained that I had a very bad experience when I bought a previous car. He listened and was taken aback by my experience and told him if I bought a car from him that I wanted to go away with a very good experience. He promised to do everything he could to gain my custom and after deciding on the right car and exchange price a deal was done to both our satisfaction. He explained that if I needed any advice in the future about my purchase to contact him directly. If you are looking to buy a Nissan car from Parks I would strongly recommend speaking to Graham.
