We had a pickup prior to getting the Cayenne, and I can tell you there is definitely a comfortability upgrade haha! It is a lovely car, we are all very pleased with it. Everything was great with Parkside apart from the delivery was delayed by a day, this would have been fine but we weren't made aware until 4:30pm and then we were told it would arrive the next morning. However it didn't arrive until mid afternoon so I had to move around some meeting last minute. I just think some clearer communication on this would have made it better, but we can't fault the car, very pleased with it.

Everything has been fine with my car since I purchased it, so I am happy. I found the process to be easy and not rushed. I was also happy with the customer service I would rate it a 5/5.

Had a great experience buying a used car with Parkside Motors. The staff is absolutely amazing they will give you ample time and answer all the queries you may have. We purchased a Peugeot and Ameen and Gokhan have been very helpful during the process, given it was our first purchase they patiently answered all our queries and also agreed to our requests for couple of modifications. I absolutely recommend Parkside motors for your next car purchase, you can absolutely trust these guys and surely won’t be let down.

I did everything online, the staff were professional, responded quickly to my message and any questions after initial contact. I was never having to wait long to get a hold of someone. The delivery was delayed but it wasn't anything to do with parkside it was more the delivery company so I can't fault for that. When the car arrived everything was as described and pictured, the only thing that was a little disappointing was that I had to change the 2 front tyres shortly after having the vehicle. I have obvisoly now done this and since then everything with the vehicle has been fine.

I honestly haven't seen my dad so happy with a car, he loves it! I went to the dealership with him and found the staff to be quite helpful, we were able to do the finance ourselves it all went super quick with no hassle, couldn't complain, lovely vehicle and great service.

Lovely car, I am really happy with it. The customer service was great, no complaints, I got the car delivered and explained I needed it before 3pm as I had to collect my daughter from school. There was an accident on the motorway and they weren't going to make it in time. However I was very impressed that they kept me updated, and were transparent about what was going on, it was appreciated. We reaganged without any problems and everything was fine by the end. So thank you to everyone at Parkside.
