Overall the transaction at Paul Greasley Cars was fine, I was however disappointed with a few things. The warranty sold with the car isn't really adequate and when I pointed out that the tyres needed changing before sale they changed them but used awful cheap tyres and I had to pay to have them changed again shortly afterwards.

Paul Greasley Car sales were excellent, they looked into any problems and sorted any faults out within days without any quibbles and went above and beyond with the repairs, the staff are ever so friendly, they talked me through every aspect of the process, customers are clearly their priority. He gave me his personal number and told me to give him a call any time if I had any other problems at all. I recommend them very highly.

I would recommend Paul Greasley Cars. They were a couple of days late getting the car ready for me to pick up but they delivered it to me so redeemed themselves there. Everything else I can't fault and the car hasn't had any problems either in the time I have owned it.
