Purchase of c3 picasso from Paul hart cars After having bad experiences from 2 other car dealers,I was apprehensive when reserving my new car online. My fears were put to rest when I got to paul hart cars. I was greeted by Ben who was very helpful. The car was immaculate. After my test drive and inspection of car,I made my purchase which was with no pressure and hassle free. The only criticism I have is that there was only one month dealer warranty,but I was able to purchase extended warranty for 12 months. Overall an excellent car buying experience which was stress and hassle free. Well worth five stars.

From the moment I called seeing a car on their website, to place a deposit to receiving the car very very professional and very helpful. I didn't expect my car to be driven to me, I was expecting it on a trailer. All said and good fantastic service. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Purchased a C4 Picasso for my parents just before Christmas and I have to say the service I received from the salesman Ben was second to none. The Car was as described and ready for collection just as promised. I would highly recommend Paul Hart Car sales when your looking for your next used car.

Ben who sold me the car and Gary who sorted the mechanical work requested both did excellent work from when I first stepped onto the forecourt for a look at available stock to driving away in my new car. Nothing was too much trouble and I will use them again when I need a fresh vehicle, highly recommended.

BEWARE of just what you buy from here, since Oct 2021 and buying a 2015 plate car off them, I’ve had to revisit the dealer 2 times to have a headlight replaced twice & since then the car has had to have a new rear brake calliper, new brake pads all around, a new engine thermostat and now a complete new exhaust system. Not what you expect after the car had an Mot in Sep 2021 and a full service

I recently bought a 2009 Ford Focus Coupe from Paul Hart Cars. I found the service to be friendly, helpful and honest. The one minor issue I had with the car was immediately fixed. No problems at all, and a lovely car to drive.
