Having been toying with buying a Lotus Elise for some time I found Paul Matty himself to be very helpful. On my first visit he spent some considerable time going through the pros and cons of S1 and S2 in an unbiased way. On my second visit Kate, despite having been in the job only a few weeks, was very enthusiastic and helpful. Kate made the purchase very easy and ensured the vehicle was fully prepped when I picked it up, even spending time expertly touching up minor stone chips herself.
