Bought a car from them it broke down after 10 days. They had it 3 weeks due to the mechanic being away. After a refurbished gearbox was put in it broke down again 15 days after I got it back Got it back it broke down again same issue. The person that owned it before me bought it from Paul price and only owned it the same amount of time as myself. They had the same issue. Car has been given back to them and is in garage again for repair. Finance company have been amazing and opened an investigation as this car should not have been resold until fully checked. Motor trade ombudsman case is underway and trading standards complaint. Worst month or so of my life. Lies after lies. If I hadn't found the previous owners receipt I wouldn't have been able to get the full picture for investigation

I had a problem with a knocking when driving. It was a front passenger side wheel hub issue. Rang Paul Price and they came for the car first thing Monday, it was returned the same day. They fixed the problem free of charge. I first dealt with them just over 12 months ago when I purchased my car. Everyone is very courteous and very helpful. Can't fault them.

Picked up my car from Paul Price cars it was nice doing business with them. Very knowledgable and what i call proper people. I drove up to oldham from essex but it was well worth it.

The service has been really good and the staff thoughtful. When we purchased our car we were told it could be dropped off at our house. The car arrived in good condition. It needs a couple of things seen to but an appointment has been made easily and the car will be collected from us so it can be checked.

I have never been to a more unhelpful place when I was thinking of buying a car. He clearly did not want to know as it was near closing time. he was rude about my car and told me that it was average mileage for its age when I know that its low, offered me less in PX than the book price. He really couldn't be bothered. Go elsewhere and not Paul Price Sales.
