Absolutely disgusting behaviour – avoid this place. I am honestly furious with how I’ve been treated. I saw a car on ebay for sale and it was made out to seem from Paul Price Cars as the pictures advertised were at the front of the dealership. I purchased the car in full after viewing it at Paul Price Cars in Oldham and was provided with a warranty. Two months later, after only doing around 300 miles on the car, it had a problem with the brakes and callipers - yes he seems to have sorted the problem but the attitude he had was disgusting, the guy was rude and belittling, he kept saying he’s “been doing this job too long, he knows what he’s on about” and acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about, even thought i was worried about the brakes on the car. When he returned the car to my grandad (as i was working at the time) my grandad questioned him making sure he had repaired the part, he shouted at my grandad saying there’s nothing wrong with the car now. As he was leaving, after being very aggressive towards my grandad he threw my car keys on the floor and slammed the car door, forcing my grandad, a nearly 70 year old man, to then have to pick them up. – absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. When I bought the car he made it seem like a proper dealership sale, providing me with a receipt with his dealership name on the top, as well as being very friendly telling me to bring the car back if i have any problems or ever in the future needed work doing, but now there’s an issue with the car he’s saying it was a private sale. He told me I should of sorted this problem myself instead of returning to his dealership. I ended up having to pay for the work myself. To make things worse, he has now blocked my phone number and even said he would block my grandad’s – this is how little he cares about after-sales support. The whole experience has been horrible. Rude, aggressive, dishonest – I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I have. Stay away.

Had my last 3 cars from Paul Price and I cannot fault them at all. Just recently had my car written off due to no fault of my own and had a new car with Patrick at Paul Price within a week. Excellent service, send reminder letters about your MOT and service, always go above and beyond to help and not pushy sales wise in any way.

Bought a car from them it broke down after 10 days. They had it 3 weeks due to the mechanic being away. After a refurbished gearbox was put in it broke down again 15 days after I got it back Got it back it broke down again same issue. The person that owned it before me bought it from Paul price and only owned it the same amount of time as myself. They had the same issue. Car has been given back to them and is in garage again for repair. Finance company have been amazing and opened an investigation as this car should not have been resold until fully checked. Motor trade ombudsman case is underway and trading standards complaint. Worst month or so of my life. Lies after lies. If I hadn't found the previous owners receipt I wouldn't have been able to get the full picture for investigation

The way car sales should be, if your lucky enough to meet Paul and his team and Mollie the dog, then you have arrived at the right place for your next car … Amazing fact is they have 41years combined experience and it shows - ask Paul about his Plane also because it’s not just cars that he’s the king of the sky being a qualified pilot. Amazing experience and will be sending my friends and family because they deserve all the business available 7stars I’m my opinion ;-)

I had a problem with a knocking when driving. It was a front passenger side wheel hub issue. Rang Paul Price and they came for the car first thing Monday, it was returned the same day. They fixed the problem free of charge. I first dealt with them just over 12 months ago when I purchased my car. Everyone is very courteous and very helpful. Can't fault them.
Picked up my car from Paul Price cars it was nice doing business with them. Very knowledgable and what i call proper people. I drove up to oldham from essex but it was well worth it.
