I've driven around 2,000 miles in my Fiat 500X so far, and everything's been great. I found it online and since Pavilion Car Sales had exactly what I was looking for, I made the trip from Brighton to Crawley. I'm really happy with the car, but I haven’t given full marks because although the dealership did follow up to check how I was getting on (which I appreciated), it wasn’t until two months after the purchase.

I can’t fault the service I received from Zak and the guys over at Pavilion. After buying my Ford Kuga I noticed some issues with the brakes wobbling at high speeds. I reached out to Zak and even though the repairs weren’t covered under warranty, he generously covered 50% of the cost to replace the front discs and pads for me. You can’t get fairer than that.

My son's learning to drive at present, so we decided to buy him a car to learn in. It's not in constant use, but so far so good and we've not had any dramas with the car which is a good sign. Zak at Pavillion Car Sales seemed like a really nice bloke who was personable and helpful. I've awarded 4/5 as the tyre pressure monitor's been on since collection, but other than that we've no complaints.

I haven’t driven my Toyota Auris much due to a recent knee replacement, but so far everything seems great. This is my first hybrid, and I was initially a bit unsure about preserving the battery. However Zak at Pavilion was incredibly helpful, and promptly ordered a replacement without hesitation which was very much appreciated.

We bought the Qashqai for my wife and she’s been using it daily for the school run. I haven’t heard any complaints, so she must be getting on okay—no news is good news!. I also can’t fault Pavilion Car Sales...they reserved the car for me when I called, and it was ready and waiting when we arrived. No complaints.

I can't remember the name of the salesman who assisted me when buying my VW Golf last month, but he provided great customer service! I'm getting on really well with the car and feel super pleased with my choice. The adaptive cruise function's errored recently, so I'm hoping it's covered under my warranty.
