This is the second time coming to Pellon Motor Group and just like the first it all went smoothly. The only thing I've noticed since having some warmer weather, that my AC doesn't work but Ill get this looked into. Everything else is going great and the Ford is a lovely car.

I'm really happy with my Ford Puma. The price I paid was very good, and overall, it's a really nice car. Mechanically, everything has been great so far. I did notice a few minor issues with the bodywork, but given the price, I can’t really complain. Customer service was okay — it was a bit difficult to get through on the phone at the start, probably because they’re quite busy, but once I was at the dealership, everything went well and the staff were helpful. I’ve already recommend Pellon to others.

Really good quick friendly service from very pleasant guys. I was viewing the car one minute and having part exchanged my old car, dealt with the paperwork and driving my new car out of the driveway within an hour with a big smile on my face. Car washed and clean ready for me also. Thank you for your help.

We traveled from Cornwall to Halifax to purchase our truck. The guys were very helpful and although we changed our minds about the vehicle we had chosen they were good as gold with us. Would recommend to anyone 👍

Me and my family have always had our cars from Pellon Motor Group and every time they are always great to deal with. I had the Ford Puma on this occasion and it's been great with no issues so far! I do have a service light on but after calling the team they told me they have ordered the part and will let me know once it arrives. 5 stars.

The Ford Kuga has been fantastic, I'm absolutely loving it! It's been a great experience all around. The team down there has been phenomenal. This is the second car I’ve bought from them, as my wife is driving around in a car we got from here and it's going great. Again they’ve been honest, helpful, and genuinely there to support me, especially when I had an issue. No pressure, no pushy sales tactics, just solid, helpful service.

Everything has been totally fine with the Suzuki to be honest, it's going alright. It’s a good purchase. Only thing I’m chasing up is the V5 – it’s coming up to four weeks now. Not really an issue, just want to make sure everything’s gone through properly. The salesman was polite, upfront about the car, and happy to offer a test drive. No problems with the service at all, I can’t fault them. Pretty much smooth sailing from start to finish.

I've driven past the dealership so many times as I live quite close to it, and I've never noticed it before. This was my first time getting a car from here and the experience was great. The team was really helpful and the car has been running perfectly. Definitely 5 stars.
