The Ford Focus that I got from Pellon is fine, I have only driven it once since having it. I found the car on Autotrader, and it was a good deal, I was looking for something cheap that had the right mileage and this car was that. In terms of the experience there it was really easy and quick. The guy I was speaking to, I can’t remember his name, but he was nice and really straightforward. I've got nothing negative to say.

the service was good in most aspects. The person that helped us was efficient and sorted everything out for us promptly which we appreciated, the vehicle was ready for us to collect and all the staff were friendly. The only part if knock down for is that we were kept waiting for a while to leave a deposit even though we were in the office and thought we were been served another customer had taken a car for a test drive and returned they appeared to go ahead of us they may have had an appointment which is fair enough but this wasnt explained and it felt like they'd been prioritised above us, they were paying and taking their vehicle so this took about 20 mins where as when we dod get served we literally paid the deposit by card which took 2 mins and seemed silly to do this after waiting. It wasnt a big deal. The other area was that when we picked the car up there was no explaining of functions and the battery seems to run flat which effects the air conditioning and the system needs to be rebooted, im not sure if this is a design flaw or the battery needs replacing so im not sure what to do when we phoned up about this they were really good and said they would pay for it but it didnt turn out to be the issue we thought so we havent pursued it and are not sure if to replace the battery. Also they were quite a few minor scratches on the car that could have been buffed out, the day we came to collect it was raining and possibly my fault but I didnt check the car, my partner and I both have a car each and are repeat customers and always come to you on the last few occasions they have always buffed out any scratches before we collected and I assumed this would happen on this occasion but it didnt which was disappointing as now I will have to pay to have this done myself.

Went to Pellon for a Golf as I have had them previously and I had seen a few write ups about it, and I understand what they were going to do with the car and they repair to a good standard and they are cheap. I am very happy with my purchase. They aren’t pushy, they were both very good and the test drive was okay. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Was recommended Pellon Motor Group so I had a look on Autotrader and saw the Nissan Juke which is what I was looking for. The service there was good, I had phoned to say I was coming to look at it and it was there waiting, I had a test drive and I was then delivered the next day.

I am getting on fine with the Renault Captur that I purchased from Pellon Motor Group. It was a really good experience. The people were very nice, courteous and helpful. They were also really friendly which stood out to me while I was there. I would recommend Pellon to family and friends.

At Pellon they were really helpful and friendly and the buying experience was easy. It was really smooth, they let me take the car out for longer and when I got back we agreed a price on it and did a deal.

I am a returning customer to Pellon Motor Group, previously I had brought an Audi Q7 from them a few years ago, so when I decided to get the Audi Q8 I went on their website to have a look. I needed a bigger car, so I went for an upgrade from the Tesla to a Q8. They are good enough to deal with there and it was fine, I’ve never had an issue with them. If I need an upgrade on my car again, I will go back.

The Ford Kuga I purchased from Pellon is okay at the moment. I went to Pellon after seeing the Ford Kuga on Autotrader after looking for a few weeks, unfortunately when I got there, they had sold the one I had originally gone there for just the day before. So, I then asked about another one that was there. I would buy from them again. The salesperson was polite and it was a good experience.
