I am very pleased with the car. Communication was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The sales process went fine, I bought a car from them previously last year as well. Ishmail came and collected my brother from the trans station to have a look at the car and go through the purchasing process. The Fiesta we bought this time was for my son and he is really liking it. My brother is planning on going over again to get a car for himself.

The Puma has been amazing. Pellon had the car I wanted and was looking for. My whole experience with Pellon was great. They were really nice to deal with and the whole buying experience was good.

My experience at Pellon was good, The Puma has been back with the dealership for the fuel line recall, I paid to get a full health check done and it came back all clear! The forecourt could have been a bit nicer, there was dust on most of the cars and a couple of potholes. I dealt with 2 gentlemen, the older gentleman I spoke with over the phone and while looking at the car, he passed me onto the younger gentleman to go through the finance process.

The chap I dealt with at Pellon nice. I needed a new car and I was looking online and I came across their website and saw Pellon had a lot of car I was interested in. The customer service was a highlight of the whole experience.

The best 3 words to describe my experience with Pellon would be quick, easy and responsive. The Audi seems ok currently, there was a small mishap where the check engine came on and the car misfired, but it fixed itself. I should have asked a few more questions when I was at the dealership as I am wondering if the car has been modified.
