I would rate my experience a 4, as we were told that everything was ready with the car but when we were ready to purchase, it turns out the MOT had not been done. However, everything else was good as you guys honoured the lower price you had put on by mistake, hence the 4 star rating.

The service was excellent and Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend Motortrust to friends and family. All the staff were really nice and I would definitely buy from Motortrust in the future.

I know these guys really well, I've had about 14 cars from them in the past. The staff are always going the extra mile and doing what they can to accommodate. After trading my car in and them giving a decent part exchange value for it I ended up buying a Ford Puma and since then everything has been fine.

We've been using Pellon Motor Group for about 3 years now and we've had plenty of cars off them, they've always been great that's why we got back to them. The Puma we got from them is no different, running perfect it is. We've used a mixture of salespeople, everyone's helpful so we just use whoever's there I can't remember the girls name we used this time but as always it all went well. We switch it up in terms of collection and delivery too sometimes we go down and sometimes we get them delivered. Id rate them a full 5 id rate them 10 out of 10 if I could

I bought a Ford Fiesta on the 14th of December was an upgrade from my previous Ford Fiesta Diesel that I also got off Pellon Motor Group. I even went back to the same salesman although I cant remember his name, the service was as good as the first time. I've had a few Fiestas over the years so didn't bother test driving it, I'd give them a good 5!

We went back to Pellon Motor Group this time specifically to look at a BMW X6 they had in stock as it was the perfect spec for us. There’ve been a couple of small issues (which my husband’s currently dealing with as that’s more his domain than mine!), but their customer service has been really good so we can’t fault them. This is the second car we’ve bought from them and they’ve always been great to deal with. To be fair, even if there are any niggly little things aftersales are always very responsive. My husband’s been happy with the deals we’ve had too which must mean something as he’s pretty tight — a Yorkshireman through and through haha! We’ve already recommended them to people we know and we’re really happy with everything they’ve done for us. That said, it’s got to be a four as there’s always room for more!!

This is our second time buying from Pellon. We actually bought a car around a year and a half ago after my sister-in-law recommended them — she’s dealt with them a lot and has purchased multiple vehicles for her business. We were made to feel really welcome and found out they’d literally just reduced the price of the car we wanted that day, so that was a pleasant surprise! They couldn’t have done anything differently so I really can’t fault them at all.

The Fiesta is actually for my son as well, because he just passed his test. He’s been driving it a majority of the time and he hasn't had any complaints so far. We heard about Pellon through a recommendation from my friends dad, who bought a car which is also running well. I think we would return in the future as he hasn't found any problems with the car, considering it was a cat S the work they done was good too. Pellon said it was a good deal too, but I was only paying for it haha. I don't think we were given a service book at the time, but will double check with them and my son to confirm. I would go 5 stars.
