The whole transaction with Pellon was smooth. I wasn't waiting around to be seen, and the car had been cleaned for me when I picked it up. I don't really have any complaints. I’m happy with the vehicle and haven’t had any concerns with it so far.

I had such an outstanding experience at Pellon Motor Group. The man who helped us was super helpful and very, very patient. I was there for over two hours, looking at all the different vehicle options and considering the pros and cons. He assisted me by explaining what I could get for different prices and which options would be most efficient for me. There was no pushiness; I could tell he was genuinely helping me. Even as it was getting late, he wasn't rushing me. It made the whole experience really nice and simple, dealing with such a great salesman. I would highly recommend Pellon, they are definitely a customer-first dealership. I couldn’t have asked for anything to be done better.

Very happy with the ford puma and I'm waiting and keep looking on a daily basis to find another ford puma from yourself in they same colour and year miles etc and I'll be back up to purchase another for my girlfriend. Salesman was excellent not pushy just left me to it which goes a long way thank you

I found this dealer online, the advert was nice and detailed so I didn't come across any nasty surprises when i viewed the car. All the staff I came across were lovely. I have had the car for a little while now and all running well and happy with the it.

The BMW is sound, enjoying it allot. The guys down at Pellon were good, nice people and would look at buying from them in the future and would recommend.

This is my 2nd time buying from Pellon in 6 months, I bought a car for my wife in the later stages of last year then back again for a car for me recently. The staff were as usual very good to deal with, I encountered issues with the air con early on and they couldn't of been more helpful - They advised me to go to a local garage and they would reimburse me, as soon as this proof of payment was sent to them they swiftly reimbursed the money. There is doubt in my mind I would return again in the future.

From finding online to driving away was a straightforward process, other than a little issue with the deposit initially its been a good experience.
