Penton MG review - what a brilliant experience I’ve had purchasing a new MG ZS from Penton Feb 24. Dillon who supported me was excellent. The most polite and friendly person you will meet and is not ‘pushy’ in the slightest. I had endless amounts of questions and Dillon was able to advise and he worked really well with Ben the branch manager who is equally as supportive and helped me secure the best deal I could afford. Everything from the process with PCP, the test drive, part exchange, picking a number plate and collecting my new car was seamless. As for the car, I love it and all the features it has at an affordable price! 10 out of 10 customer service Dillon and Ben, thank you so much for making what can feel a stressful situation a much more enjoyable experience. Really patient, really friendly and honest car buying experience at MG Penton Salisbury, as we were having trouble deciding which car to buy. Can honestly say Thomson is a saint and was honest with each car we looked at. Brilliant customer service from him, I would go back and buy another car from this gentleman. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with the aftercare with the car but through no fault of Thomson.

From the moment I walked into the showroom till the moment I drove out of the showroom with my lovely new car, it was such a pleasurable experience. From entering the showroom in Salisbury, to actually buying our new MGZS, it was made all the easier with the knowledge of Thomson Barrett, one of the salespersons. He gave us advice , told us how to get the best discounts and we have got a lovely new car one in my wife’s favourite colour. We were kept updated along the journey as well. Great experience. I recently moved to an electric car and bought an MG 4 from Pentons. Thomson, in the sales team, was very knowledgable about the Car and was very thorough in taking me through the vehicle and showing me all there features and controls make the transition from combustion to electric much easier. Very happy with my MG!
