We bought our Citroen C4 Spacetourer at Penton this month, April 2024. Our sales representative Dillon Tingzon was delightful. He was so polite, helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything we needed to know in detail. We had a short wait for our vehicle as there was a repair to be made to a rear light cluster but they did a great job. Dillon kept us informed every step of the way. We also found a problem with a wing mirror cover within a few days of getting it home. I contacted Dillon and he was straight on it. We had a new cover and it was painted with a few days. Really patient, really friendly and honest car buying experience at MG Penton Salisbury, as we were having trouble deciding which car to buy. Can honestly say Thomson is a saint and was honest with each car we looked at. Brilliant customer service from him, I would go back and buy another car from this gentleman. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with the aftercare with the car but through no fault of Thomson.
