So yet again we visited Zafar at People’s Speke to order another motability car. As always Zafar was very helpful particularly in explaining the recent changes to the scheme and how they may have a future impact. The whole process was as smooth as ever and Zafar as polite and courteous as usual. Thank you.

We purchased what we were told was a fully serviced with history as stated from the salesman. Handed over nearly £20000.00 in cash. Salesman promised everything was great. On delivery we started noticing things not right with the car. They were attempted to be fixed and some things did not run true. I asked several times for a copy of the service history then never received it. Then went into email over several weeks asking. It turned out the car had never been serviced. I found out from another Ford dealer who serviced the car soon after I purchased the car. I had been lied to and totally mis-sold the car. I spoke to a manager who basically called my wife and I liars and he denied the salesman said this. I have all emails saved. I asked the garage if they would swap the car for another, but the wanted me to take a £4.5k loss on the car that had only done a thousand miles, My case is with the ombudsman and going to my solicitor.

People Ford Speke. I Visited earlier today and kindly approached a so called "Motability Scheme Specialist" Zafar Mohammed about a recent death in my family and I was here to drop the motability car off and handover the keys and log book etc. (Which was booked in 2 weeks earlier with Motability). Zafar was very dismissive and rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say and continued on saying there's no space here for your car (as it was a different brand not a Ford). I then again explained it was booked in 2 weeks prior to bring it here, he didn't listen and in the end I had to resolve the issue with a Manager who had the decency to listen and kindly took the keys and logbook in the end. Avoid Zafar Mohammed

Selina was a great help when we bought our new car. She was patient, kind and calm. She knew the car inside out on the handover. Thanks also to the manager Andy for his advice.

Selina was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Every detail was performed with outstanding quality. Her knowledge of my car and how to set it up was second to none. My advice, don't go to any one else .
