67 plate focus scrapes what they done once £4000 was put on the car which they had priced for over £11,000 car had been valeted twice oily marks inside the car on the headlining make up inside the passanger sun visor popcorn down the side of the passanger seat which was still not removed after the car had been in for the bodywork and scrapes valeted again aparantly which must of been a lie bad service no time for customers cocky arrogant staff which told me to buy a touch up pen because the marks was only very minor a scrape on the bottom of the passanger door is not acceptable some marks on the back bumper dirty inside the cupholder and the interior was not valeted i done it myself and the car did come up clean as it should of the first time they valeted it. Dont use ford in speeke avoid at all costs it was not a good service they are gypos would give 0 stars if i could more helpful buying a pair of trainers in a shop than that dealer they said the alloys would get a refurb that didnt happen bad service bad valeters all in all bad experience no courtesy car when the car had to be left with them so they could fix the problems they caused by being bad drivers didnt do the job as they said they would awful dealer.

My husband and i decided to buy a new family car for the first time after having second hand. Ordered a ford tonneau with specific specs, we are also a ford privilege customer so had discount. Once car was delivered we checked it out, low and behold a few of the specs were not on the car, old engine, no stop start, two employees were very un educated about the vehicle and told us we had to have it as it would now be a second hand to them. Not our problem. We were told it’s on pcp anyway so we reminded them that it was as it was 0% finance for 3 years and we were actually going to buy the car out right. We declined the car as it wasn’t what we ordered Later got a call off the so called manager and their words were “What the Hell is going on?” We explained again. Told it’s what we got for that price (£15,000) only because we got 2k off with privelage voucher. Disgraceful behaviour and disgusting customer service. Never experienced anything like that not even in a shoe shop. A lot more happened but I’d be writing all day. AVOID this place. Staff need to be sacked and look for alternative jobs. Put a downer on buying a new car!!!! A big letter is getting sent to fords UK and finance department/ head office

Recently bought a car from Peoples Ford in Speke. I was disgusted to find that the price they sold us the car was a £1,000 cheaper if I would have bought it via their online website instead of visiting their showroom. Feel like I have been mugged, disgusted in their sales rep!

This review is about the service department at people Ford Speke, Liverpool First time to deal with them but would be the last. Advise avoiding completely. Difficult to trust. Do not feel valued or respected. Left me with damaged paint/scratched car. Did not have time for my car and fell below expectation of good customer service. I booked my car for service and MOT, which was booked for 8:30AM. I left the car with them at 8:00AM. They phoned me at 14:00 hours to tell me the car failed MOT. They listed several items and initially I asked them to get all fixed but they said they had no time. I then accessed the MOT report on DVLA website to discover that only the arm bushes needed replacement as essential work. So, I asked them to replace they said they still can't do same day as have no time. I failed to understand why they did not phone me at 9:00AM or 9:30AM to tell me what was essential (not all list of recommendation) and aim to get the work done same day. Surely, they would have had time to fix that. Anyhow, they said the car could not be moved from the garage and when I complained about being stranded (as need to get to work following day) they said they would give me a courtsey car. Following day, I went to collect my car at 5:15PM. First, no apology for the failure to communicate with me about the MOT soon enough or the resulting delay (and inconvenience) in fixing my car. Second, they charged me £20 +VAT for the courtsey car. Third, and most important, I discovered that they scratch my car on the rear near side and the paint damaged without telling me. I am appalled of the service this Ford dealership has provided and I would advise to avoid at all cost.

Peoples Ford in Speke didn’t send the log book off when I bought my car from the them absolute joke of a dealer

Peoples Ford in Speke is a joke had car serviced I had nail in tyre said it need replaced I went to tyre garage round corner and paid ten pound to get repaired peoples wanted 100 pound for tyre never been back since no one ever use people’s they a joke.

Bought rs focus 10 months old 5000 miles extensively damage underneath.Front bumper had paint missing scrapes and not attached in places.Front shocks replaced?hammer damage on front hub.Brake pads worn to 80%.Marks and scrapes all the way down underneath.Rear subframe bent and damaged which has also damaged reardiff which is causing engine management light to come on and go into limp mode.Rear diff stabiliser bars are both bent.Exhaust has also been damaged the back box has been dented and scraped and also has been cut and joined back together again using a piece of what looks like tin and brackets. There was black soot around the fix so I assume it was also blowing.From all this I can only assume the car has been in some kind of accident.I have asked to see the 160 point persale check but let’s face it that doesn’t exist.All the defects were found 18 hours after buying the car in August was told to bring the car back to rectify.It is now January and it is still on going.STAY AWAY!!
