This is by far the best ever person I have delt with in 64 years I have been dealing with Coiln for 9 years but due to unforeseen circumstances i have to get a car from Perry's Vauxhall. And there was a problem, Colin sorted it out in 3 hours. Top product knowledge, polite and respectful, spent a lot if time, explaining the car we were looking at, All the staff at this branch are very professional with ‘not pushy’ Unlike Another Main Dealer (Ford) in Rotherham, who couldn’t even bother to wash and clean the car we were looking at for a booked appointment! Service with a coffee and smile at Perrys Vauxhall, Braugh, Barnsley, and we didn't even buy the car! Hopefully our deposit refund is on the way! Highly reccommended. J&S

I’ll keep this brief, I wish I’d had read the reviews on here before approaching this garage, it’s quite simply, the worst garage I’ve ever had interactions with. Full of absolute crooks, even their own staff hate the place and talk about how badly it’s run, taking advantage of honest customers who are just looking for a reputable garage to complete works and not rip them off. PLEASE DONT EVER USE THIS GARAGE! You have been warned! There’s a reason it’s already ranked so badly…23garages in Barnsley and this is currently number 21 at the time of writing. I’d give this place minus 100 stars if I could.

I would not recommend Perrys Barnsley Vauxhall because i had the choice of 2 cars - i asked for the 1 with the lowest mileage - after completion of the paperwork i checked the website to check the mileage on the other vehicle - it had 5000 miles less than the 1 i bought - upon checking paperwork i discovered i had been charged for a paint and fabric guard that i didnt ask for nor was this ever discussed - i was told that the bag which was on my back seat when i collected the car which contained cleaning items was complimentary - on checking the paperwork i was charged for this also - i was told i would receive a courtesy call after 2 days - i didn't - i had warning lights on the dash board after driving the car for less than 40 minutes - therefore car had to be returned for a day - when i collected the car after the fix - the same warning lights came back on - had to book it back in for another day - this time to be told there was nothing wrong with it - so told to take it and risk it - or given the choice of letting one of the technicians use my car as a taxi to take himself home for the night ? When dropped car off it was clean - when collected it looked like a rally car - not happy.
