Pershore Car Sales will take your money off you really fast then after that nothing I brought a car for £17000 and you would expect it to have good tyres and it was meant to have been checked which it hadn’t they say about customer service what customer service none I will certainly not be recommending this company to any of my friends or anyone who askes me about them disgrace

Extremely poor customer service lack of communication once Pershore Car Sales have sold you the car and taken your money they are not interested their service center is shocking couldn’t fix a car for toffee wrong parts ordered 3 times now had my new car over a week now no apology!!

Had not bothered to clean a car we drove over 100 miles to come and see despite booking a test drive well in advance.
Car was not in a presentable state and agent offered not explanation as to why
They agreed to deliver the car as part of the deal however there has been a constant changing of car delivery dates since, with us having to fit around their changing plans only for the date to be altered
The car was in good condition, despite the lack of a proper clean and cosmetic touch ups but the service was appalling

Despite being warned not to buy a car from Pershore Car Sales by a friend I decided to take a look around but unfortunately the quality of the sales team is very poor and gives the impression of a very badly run business.I would say the cars look ok though.

Purchased an Audi A4 Avant Quattro, great service from sales staff admittedly there was a delay as they weren't ready for handover but in all other aspects a truly professional outfit and Ash is a great team leader making sure everything is as promised. I would be happy to recommend Pershore Car Sales to anyone who wants a fair deal and good service.

Bought a 63plate Mercedes from Pershore Car Sales around a month ago the car is amazing. Massive thanks to the owner Dan and his salesman Andy they helped me out no end with my part ex.
