£149 Admin fee added in before you start, is that so that they can knock it off when you haggle on the deal, then £699 for a warranty then £199 paint warranty so thats £1047 before you get to the top price for the selling car and the low price for your car. "Obviously not the car" dealership "for me" to quote one of the salesman in my reluctance to purchase a car from them.

Hi, im sorry but we cannot see who you are or see a verified email address to be able to contact you. Our website very clearly shows the £149 administration fee, Every car we sell is applicable to 1, 2, or 3 years of extended warranty, I am sorry you see this as a increased price but it is a benefit that many customers take advantage of and it saves some customers a lot of money.

We are two middleaged women who don't know a lot about cars and we bought a car from Pershore Car Sales in the good faith that it would be safe to drive. We discovered within a couple of days that this was not the case. Luckily Kev was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure that the car was repaired and made roadworthy for us. It took a week to get our vehicle back and still no handbook two weeks later,
Happy with the XF that I bought from Pershore Car Sales in March but disappointed about the poor aftersales service. Nearly four months later I am still awaiting a handbook which was missing from the car. Whenever I ring I am told that it has been ordered but does it really take months to obtain a copy and is anybody really chasing it?

Just purchased my new car last week from Pershore Car Sales, Paul was brilliant to deal with not pushy just let me take my time looking it over, then when we were ready went through all the paper work in detail . Very easy to talk to and very pleasant. when we picked up the car it looked superb inside and out, cannot fault this company.
Pershore Motor Group sold me an illegal vehicle in September 2018. Only had the car for just over 6 months and its riddled with dangerous problems (engine overheats) and oil leaking onto exhaust! Found out the front of the car had suffered major crash damage which occurred before I purchased it. Nobody at the Evesham garage told me about this at any point before I purchased the car!! Wouldn't trust their fake smiles again if my life depended on it, Don't be fooled guys - they reel you in and then they'll throw you right back out!

Hi Sharan, It was very unfortunate that the Focus you purchased had some issues after 7000 miles of use, and as we found out with a independent inspection report the car was not illegal and had no issues when you picked it up, I hope after you part exchanged it for another car that you are happy with the new vehicle.
