It was all done online and contactless and then he delivered to me at a time that suited me which was brilliant. I had an issue which meant I could not start the car and Will came down to have a look and I realised I hadnt done something properly, but the fact that Will went out of his way to come and personally see what the issue was, I was very impressed with. Excellent all round service.

I was looking for what would be my 5th Porsche, so I had a very good idea of what I wanted. I found a suitable car at PFH, and found them to be very helpful. I was clear that I wanted a Porsche 111 point check before buying, and they arranged this. It also came with a Porsche warrantee. Will was very helpful throughout the entire process. When a minor issue was found with the car, he promptly got the Porsche dealer to sort it out. The car was not under-priced, but I was more than happy to end up with an excellent condition car and great service. The car looked like it had been detailed and was delivered in spotless condition.

With it being Lockdown, it was all done contact free. The service was perfect and the salesman was sound. contact with the dealer was easy and hassle free he went above and beyond and delivered when it suited me, really was spot on! I found them on Gumtree, great selection of cars, I am really happy with BMW I chose absolutely no complaints I will suggest others use them.
