I'm over the moon with the Golf GTI I bought from PFH Car Sales. The car is great, runs well and its easy on the eye. The price was fair, as the car was in perfect condition when I bought it and the service received was spot on. I was well looked-after by the salesman I'm really cuffed over-all, and I would happily buy from PFH Car Sales again in the future.

I had a Volkswagen Golf, and unfortunately somebody crashed into the back of me, I was absolutely gutted, my car was a right off. I wanted something the exact same, a like for like car, so I contacted PFH Cars and they had a lovely Golf in that was pretty much the same as my old one; spec, age, mileage, condition all suited me. The salesman at the dealership was so helpful, gave me all the information and history of the car and allowed me all the time I wanted, there was no hard selling or pushiness at all. I bought the Golf from PFH and its absolutely brilliant, I'm really happy with it. The whole process seemed effortless, it was quick, smooth and a very nice friendly environment. The car was superbly presented to me when I was ready to collect, it was in great condition, clean inside and out. The Bentley was certainly good value for money, I would be happy to purchase again from PFH Car Sales, it couldn't have been easier. The salesman took out all the hassle of buying a second hand car, it was easy, and quick and there was no issues at all. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, the guy who dealt with me went above and beyond for me, on numerous occasions. When I was buying the BMW 1 Series, PFH Cars were extremely helpful and friendly. I felt valued as a customer and the salesman made the whole experience seem stress-free. I had a couple of issues with the car, and I phoned PFH and each time it was sorted within an hour. The car needed some work doing and it was booked in a garage within the hour, whilst this happened PFH kept me in the loop, he explained everything to me, and although I wasn't paying for the work to be done, I was treated as a paying customer, the levels of service here are second to none! I was provided with a courtesy car whilst mine was been repaired, they just went the extra mile all round. The car is perfect, when I collected it was clean, inside and out and it was better than described. I love driving the BMW, there's so struggles driving it, its smooth and extremely satisfying. I have done and will continue to recommend PFH Cars, not only for the great cars they sell, but for the outstanding customer service and after sales care provided.

PFH Cars comes with my highest recommendation! I purchased a Audi A5, and I couldn't be happier with it. The car was everything I expected, and more. Immaculate condition, and very fairly priced. The salesman that I dealt with was fantastic, he was spot on! He ensured I had all the information I needed, and that I was 100% happy before leaving, he got things sorted very quickly and professionally. Couldn't have done anymore for me, he was brilliant. I bought a Peugeot 107 from here in August. The car was clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. Its clean and in very good condition other than a scratch on the side that I wasn't aware of. Overall I am happy, I love my little car and I would recommend this dealership.
