I must start by saying that Gary the salesman was great, professional and well mannered, he was well versed in the usual sales speech. There were some good lines in there like "we want you to drive your new vehicle away better than it come from the dealer" this however was not the case for me but more on that later. I had no issues at that time in all my dealings with Gary. Also, no car leaves the dealership with an advisory on the MOT, Hummm, my mistake I should have checked it before I left but I did not!! The start of my issues happened on the day of collection, on arrival I was told that we had a shot delay as the workshop could not remove a wheel bolt as it had ceased (okay no stress that can happen, some people don't maintain cars like others). The reason the wheel needed to come off was to fit the tyres I asked to be replaced as there was a pair of budgets on the rear with PZero's on the front. Fair play they matched the fronts for me, happy there. But... in removing one of the wheels some damage occurred, I only realised this when I returned home, also on the drive home there was clearly an imbalance with the wheels. In discovering the damage, vibration and the advisory on the MOT I called, I spoke with the service department, they advised I should talk the car to have the wheels balanced and the tracking done, they would reimburse me for this expense. the MOT advisory was worn rear brake pads, these appeared to have not been replaced, I was told this would be checked and they would call me back to confirm this, no call came. The pads were indeed not new on closer inspection. Additionally now having had the car off the ground and wheels off I can see the wheels have very recently been painted, this was substandard work as the back face of the wheel had not been masked off with the face that meets the hub being painted, this could and might well have added to the vibration in the wheels as they were unlikely to be running true, a knock on to this is that it has warped the front disks which I now need to replace. After part exchanging my car, I was told it would need new disks and pads all round as they were showing signs of wear, I had to contribute to this cost! To then leave with a car that I need to now do the same does leave me feeling somewhat disappointed. Back to the damage on the wheel, I could see it was only damage to the paint, so I agreed with Gary a price to aid me in having a smart repair done, they were going to send this amount back to my account, this still has not been received over 2 months later. Again this is very disappointing.

Issues from the first day with AdBlue due to their inexperience. I resolved this myself. I Paid for ceramic coating but no prep work was done, scratches and scuffs were not polished out before application due to poor workmanship. I did get half my money back for this but I’ve had to put this right myself!! If you do part ex a car, they will check underneath, and they will tell you there are issues, just make sure you ask for proof of what they find. All said and done, the car is lovely but the experience of buying it was soured by the issues that should’ve been resolved before I collected it

Everything has been absolutely fine with my Audi. I did have an issue with my tyres but I was able to sort it out. The team at Phantom were brilliant, I thought everyone was lovely.

I am happy with the car. There were just a few things that let me down. The delivery kept getting delayed. It actually took ten days after the original delivery date for the car to arrive. I hired a car during this time, which put me £500 out of pocket. I was told I would be reimbursed for this, but I only got £150 back. Also, when the car arrived, I noticed there were scratches and scruff's on it, which were meant to be sorted prior to delivery. They did say they would send me a scratch pen for this. It was just little things that let the experience down. It hasn't stopped me from considering buying a car from Phantom again. It was just disappointing, and I expect a car to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe from when it is said.

I saw the car online and had it delivered due to the distance from the dealership. The delivery was on time with no delays or waiting around. I was pleased when it arrived as everything was exactly as pictured and described. Nothing was hidden from me. There was an issue with the tyre pressure sensor, but Kevin was really helpful and recommended a place near me to get it sorted. I was reimbursed for the cost, although I did have to chase it up a little to get it done. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

Unfortunately, it wasn't very smooth sailing for me while I was buying my Volvo. Before heading down to Phantom to collect my car, I was told that it was perfect and ready to go. After driving it down the road, I had a warning light on and had to take it back. Although it took a while to get fixed, the team did book it in with Volvo and were good at getting it all sorted out. Since having it after the repairs, it's been great, and I'm really happy with it.

Had an okay service from the team when buying from Phantom, didn't feel rushed with the buying process but was nothing special. We have had a few issues since collection with chasing a parcel shelf and having the finance cleared, but everything is okay with the car and is driving fine.
