This is my third Range Rover, so I know what they're like, and I specifically wanted another because I tow my horses with it. It has been doing the job. Everything was okay at the dealership. The only thing I felt could have been better was being shown how everything worked. Because I'd had a Range Rover before, I think it was assumed I already knew, but this one was a much newer model with lots of different features. Apart from that, everything was good.

Just unbelievable, and I mean unbelievable service from start to finish. Jon helped me every step of the way and pulled out all the stops to have my new dream car ready for a special occasion at very short notice. From initial contact to the stunning handover, Jon has been exemplary. Service and treatment has been above and beyond and put all the other dealers to shame. 11/10!!

Recently bought a Porsche Taycan from Phantom Motor Company, and it has been fine since the purchase. I think it was Amir at the dealership who we spoke to, and he was fine as well. I'd give my experience a four-star rating.

The Audi SQ5 is my wife's car and she says it's great. The car's been spot on, and we're really happy with it. We've bought a few cars from Phantom Motor Company over the years, including getting my mum a car there, then buying a Land Rover Discovery, and later part exchanging that for the Audi SQ5. We've always had a good experience, and we've always dealt with someone called Longin, who has always looked after us. He's a decent guy. In my experience, you can go to Mercedes or Audi and not get the level of service they give you here.

I'd been looking for a Ford Ranger for a while because I'd always wanted one, and we finally decided to take the plunge and get one. I'm definitely glad we did. It was mainly my husband who dealt with the dealership, but he was quite happy with the person he dealt with, and I think it was all very smooth sailing. From my own experience, I've had a bit of communication with the dealership afterwards, and they've responded quickly every time, so I think it was all fine.

I'd happily give Phantom Motor Company five stars. The Jaguar is beautiful. The whole experience was very professional the car was immaculate.

A big thanks to Ellie from AfterSales whose service was amazing and resolved our issue so quickly. I would highly recommend phantom motor company to anyone, and we are even considering getting out next car through them.
