We initially went down to Bolton to have a look at a RS3 and It wasn’t good at all. When we came home, we had a look and found the one listed by Phantom, so we decided to have a look. While we were there my husband saw the BMW X5. We ended up getting the RS3 and X5 on the day. We have had issues with the RS3, and it's currently at an Audi garage getting repaired, as the DAB radio does not work and there is a misfire. I would absolutely recommend phantom to others.

Everything went perfectly, the whole process was really quick and easy. Phantom handled everything very well, and the turnover of the Mustang was all good as well. I’ve dealt with Gary up until the point of collection as he was off.

Cars great, I like pretty much everything. It’s a reliable car. I found it at Phantom and didn’t bother with a test drive, just bought it over the phone. Nia helped me, she made it an easy, quick process which took about a week. They had a really good service and are a good company to buy a car from.

All good, nothing to complain about really. Phantoms seem like a good firm, and the SQ5 is bang on. The trade-in price that I was offered at first was knocked down later on when I was collecting the car. In the end, I ended up having to sell it privately. Other than that, the sales experience with Matt was sound.

Paul was really polite and helpful throughout the process, AA inspection carried out prior to securing the vehicle and the battery fault was checked thereafter as agreed. Nice car, couple of scratches that weren't visible in the photos but for a 2 year old pickup in black fair enough, I'll get them polished.

I’m loving the Mercedes I bought. Everyone at the dealership was really nice and helpful. Chelsea was brilliant, she was dead clear in everything and didn’t try sell me all kinds just what I wanted, she made it easy for me. I liked how spotless the car was when I got it and the condition. I saw a few scuffs when I saw it and there wasn’t a mark on it when I got it. The whole experience was great nothing negative to say about it.

Matt was lovely and very informative. Sold the car very well and it was definitely the best one we had seen around from our options. However the car did have a few more scuffs and cracks that were never pointed out at said time that we didn't notice until after, but all round still a lovely car and a lovely salesman and company. Brolly has come in handy too ☔️
