I’m already looking on their website at two more cars I’d love to have... but I’ll have to wait for now! The service from the team at Phantom was superb, and my car is absolutely brilliant. I’ve put it through all the usual tests you do with a new car, and it’s performed perfectly. The service was excellent from start to finish, and as I said, I’ll definitely be going back!

I’m loving my new car! I haven’t had any issues with it since getting it, and I can honestly say the dealership doesn’t send a car out unless it’s absolutely perfect. Before collection, they let me know they needed to push back the handover because something had come up, but I didn’t mind it gave me confidence that they were making sure everything was checked and sorted before I picked it up. The customer care was excellent, and I can definitely see myself returning in the future if I’m back in the market for another car and they have what I’m looking for.

Kamren, the salesman, was great throughout the process and made everything nice and easy. I’m really enjoying my new Mercedes from then and have no complaints at all.

The service I received from the team at Phantom was excellent. The gentleman who sold me the car was really nice and looked after us throughout the whole process. I did have one minor issue with the car, the battery was low and needed replacing, but the warranty company sorted it out quickly, and everything was fine. No complaints regarding the experience.

Not long ago I bought my new Ranger from the team at Phantom, and they were brilliant throughout the entire sale. My car is doing fantastic, and I’m very happy with how everything went with the dealer.

My new mustang is doing alright, no issues have come up. The customer service was sound at the dealership can't fault them.

As far as customer service was concerned at Phantom Motor Co, I've got no complaints and everything was all good. The Audi A3 I bought is also great so I've got no reason not to award five stars.

Although the customer service was a little slow when I went in to buy the car, I do understand they were very busy when I visited. Taking that into consideration, the overall customer service wasn't bad at all and my new BMW is lovely.

My car had a couple of issues when I first got it, but when I called to report them, I was booked in within a couple of days. Their customer care and aftersales service have been second to none — absolutely brilliant all the way through.
