I would have given 5/5 if the previous owner’s details had been removed from the Bentley. I was able to do this myself with ChatGPT's help, then add my details and download the app. I’d recommend addressing this for new customers, since small issues like this can be frustrating. Overall, excellent and very happy :)

I recently purchased a Range Rover Velar in black 2019. The vehicle is in excellent condition. Re purchase of the car was seemless. Staff I dealt with were excellent. I received a flawless service and I’m am very happy with the car. I would highly recommend Phantom they provided me the best service I have ever had when purchasing a car. You won’t be disappointed.

From start to finish, the process was pretty painless. I went in unannounced, and they accommodated me when I showed up. They showed me a couple of cars, and it took about 4 days from choosing to collecting it. They charged the I4 for me and made sure it was fully valeted and lovely smelling. We have bought a BMW X50M from them before, so it was a natural decision to go back due to how good the service. They remembered my partner when he came in, which was a really nice touch. They also gave us a nice bottle of champagne as well as some Phantom-branded items. I was a bit hesitant about changing from the big, powerful one to the leccy I4 however is an absolute go-kart!

Everything’s going fine with the GLE I purchased however I do have a paintwork issue and just waiting for them to get back to me. On they day I was at the dealership it was brilliant. Chelsea dealt with us, she was lovely and got the car looking mint. I liked their general welcomeness and how friendly they were. I waited a few weeks for the car because a few parts were needed.

Very good service in terms of communication at the beginning when buying the car very supportive and guided well into getting the financing side cleared. First time experience was very impressive. A little disappointed at the end as I brought the car home without car mats inside which were promised by the sales person to be sent out to me in post but never arrived despite few reminder phone calls also made. Other than that good service offered and enjoying my new car.
