I can't thank Gary enough. He was really flexible with the times we were available to come and collect the car. He made sure everything was prepared and went through everything with us efficiently yet quickly. He was very informative, and any questions we had, he was able to answer. Since having the car, we’ve been really happy. It has been a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Phantom as a dealership.

I am really enjoying the BMW M135i, and Longin was helpful at the dealership. I would give it 5 out of 5.

4 I would have given a 5 but when we got there they were still valeting it and I think it was slightly rushed. Nothing wrong with the valet itself and I didn't mind waiting but when I got home I realised there wasn't a pull out load liner / parcel shelf and it was missing. I asked the salesman the question as I thought maybe the Valeter maybe left it out with rushing. He asked me to take photos of it missing then said he'd look in to it but I never heard anything. They are £150 on ebay so my view on it is it would have been nice to of been offered the £150 if they couldn't find it as I paid full asking price for the car without haggling a penny off it. Nevertheless I would recommend phantom to friends and family and I would use again, and I love the car.

Kameron (salesman) was great, friendly and informative. Bottle of gin given and hat which was appreciated The car unfortunately had a couple of issues when purchased, blunt wiper blades, knocking noise from the brakes, although Phantom Motors did rectify this with new ones.

I cannot rate Phantom Motor Company highly enough. It was first-class service. Matthew had the answer to every question I had. He sorted everything from start to finish, and we bought the car unseen; it was exactly as described. A fantastic company to deal with and a very happy customer.

I am really happy with the car. I've had Audis in the past, but nothing like the RS5. It's such a great drive, and I haven't had any problems with it, so I'm very pleased. I knew Phantom would be a good choice to purchase from, as my dad has bought a car from them in the past. I would say they are trustworthy and reliable. All the staff are welcoming and helpful with anything you need, I would highly recommend them.

Purchased my new car from the Phantom Motor Company and so far everything seems to be good. I had a few issues with the sensors but this has since been sorted out following a recalibration. The sale itself was a smooth process, but it did take a while for the vehicle to be available for collection. However I could still look to go back again in the future.
