Bought a Merc back in September, not had one problem with it. Got no complaints when it comes to Phantom and the service they provide. I dealt with Chelsea mainly, she was great, made the process quick and easy, as well as making sure the car was cleaned and prepared for me.Based off this experience I wouldn't hesitate to use the dealership again.

I have just purchased a 73 plate Lexus ES300h hybrid from Phantom Motors Wigan. I spent quite a few hours at the showroom on December 18th while Longin and Brad arranged my paperwork to enable me to travel home to Belfast with the car. After many months of viewing Lexus on multiple websites and showrooms, I found myself returning to Phantom Motors time and again. Numerous phone calls with Longin to discuss multiple options such as trading in etc I decided to go ahead with the purchase. There were no comparable cars on any websites or showrooms that matched what Longin had to offer. On the day at Phantom I was greeted really well with an offer of a pizza, cooked on their premises by a pizza chef from an elaborate custom built pizza truck... Madness, and if that wasn't enough I was offered an assortment of beverages ranging from coffees to wine or exotic beers. Sadly I had to abstain on account of my drive home. The car when I viewed it in the flesh didn't disappoint as it was immaculately presented and impressive. Longin ensured everything was in order regards paperwork and necessary documents for me to cross the Irish sea. A brilliant experience and everyone I encountered at Phantom were superb in their attention to detail and attitude towards prospective customers. I sat studiously in my chair observing every interaction with customers and staff. I've bought cars in every part of the UK and these guys surpassed the lot.

I am giving a 4 star review as there was an issue with the window, this did get sorted and covered by warranty but it was frustrating that it wouldn't go up or down. Another reason for not giving full stars is there was no budge on price, even after I arrived and noticed scratches that I wasn't aware of prior. Also after having the car for a few days there was a smell of dog, we didn't notice it at first as the car had been sprayed but I feel it should have been deep valetted if the previous owners had dogs. However mechanically the car drives great, Chelsea was polite and helped me if I needed which keeps the points up for the dealership.

Chelsea was fine to deal with, she helped me out were she could, however I had arranged to come and collect the car at 9am, they had 7 days to get it prepared for that time, but didn't do anything to the car until the day I was collecting, I was there until 4pm that day. It was disappointing. I will say since having the car I am very pleased with it, no problems have occured, I only use it here and there but everything is running how as it should.

I would give Phantom a 4 out of 5, as when I went to pick up my car it wasn't ready and the wait time to get it was rather long, I think that if someone is coming to get a car it should already be prepared and ready for the time agreed. However I am very pleased with it, had no issues and it drives well. So apart from the wait time and I feel they also low balled the valuation of the car I traded in everything else was spot on so can't complain to much.

Recently purchased my first electric vehicle from Lewis at Phantom, I am very happy with it, had no issues, it is taking some getting used to, figuring out the range etc. I can't plug it in at home annoyingly as I live in a flat, however I have just about got into the routine of taking it to the local charging points and having stuff to do while I am there so it is no trouble at all. The service from Lewis all went well, didn't have any issues it was quite nice. I couldn't fault Phantom or the car. So quite obviously top marks from me. Thank you.

Our family was growing so it was time to get a new car, with two girls already and after recently having twins, the new car was something that was a necessity for us at a family. We saw this car at Phantom online, and we were passing one day and went in to see it, I was surprised we got seen at all as we didn't booked a appointment, but John and another salesman welcomed us in and gave us lots of their time. We have had the car for a little time now and its all well and no problems to report. I would be happy to go back to this dealership if we ever need a new car as we have no complaints at all.

The dealership is superb, the prices are competitive, in terms of the buying experience it was very pleasant. They are a very good dealership. However when I purchased I had a few issues that I needed sorting and it took a bit of back and forth to get this done. This is down to communication on the inside and if that was improved and not an issue I would give Phantom the highest of marks. My issues did get sorted in the end, but because of how busy they are there was no one on the phones, when i showed up some staff weren't aware of the issues etc. I am very, very pleased with my car, it is a great vehicle and I would still buy from Phantom just due to all the beginning points I made but I would have to see the communication improvement.

Firstly I love my Mini, its all good except a awful squeak sound in the morning from the breaks which I need to get looked into, but other than that its amazing. I have so say Lewis and the team at Phantom were fantastic with me. I dealt with a few sales people due to staff holidays, but they all looked after me well and they communicated well between each other which made things allot easier. Honestly I cannot fault them!
