I purchased my MG ZS from Phantom Motor Company. They were 10/10 in terms of getting the car, the only issue I had is there is a problem with the aircon. I don't think it's their fault, as a sensor might have gone in it. They were easy to talk to when I was down there, and there was no messing about!

They had the car I liked which I saw on Auto trader then went direct to their website. I didn’t have a test drive so did the deal over the phone. Jon was very good. He gave me all the information I needed. I would deal with them again when it comes to changing my car.

Experience wasn’t bad. I had a very quick turnaround as everything sorted before hand with videos and photos of the car. Couple of chips said they would cover up but they didn’t do it and I’m waiting on some lettering to the front but im more than happy with the vehicle, its lovely.

I’m happy with the Mercedes A45, apart from having to buy a new set of alloys, as they had already been repaired 3 times. Chelsea who i dealt with at the dealership was spot on.

I’d been looking for a specific Mustang with spec I wanted, saw it and spoke to Gary. Dealt with him all way through, couldn’t fault him. Car had a flat battery on collection but they sorted that. Took it for a test drive and asked them to deliver it week later. Andy took me through everything when he arrived, no problems there. Only issues really was I had to chase up some missing documentation with them and one of the wheel nuts was loose and a front subframe bolt was missing following a service I had done. Dealing with Phantom Motor Company was good. They seemed a professional outfit and offered drinks. Reviews on Trustpilot seemed pretty good aswell.
