Today has been a good day just picked a BMW 330e touring from Chelsey and she ran me thought everything and even got the car cleaned before we left thank you again will definitely come back

Phantom was the nearest dealership with the make and model I wanted, so that’s where I went. Lewis guided me through the sale and what I appreciated most was that he didn’t pressure me into a decision. He let me take the car out for a proper test drive and gave me the space to make a decision at my own pace. My E-Class Mercedes has been running great since and I’m definitely making the most of it! I'm a big believer nobodies perfect, but these guys did a great job.

This must’ve been the easiest car sale in the world for these guys, ha! I walked in and asked for a car that could fit six bread trays for the wife. The E-Tron was the perfect size so that’s what we bought. No messing. The car’s been sound so far, even though the missus has only driven about eight miles in it. Kevin realised they’d forgotten to replace the window wipers when we were already halfway home, so on that basis, I’m scoring four stars. That said I’d definitely use them again as the cars were competitively priced and the whole transaction was quick/easy. Just how I like it.

I would’ve given full marks if the new key had worked first time, but I had to pop back, so I’ve knocked it down to 4/5. That said, the guys at the dealership were really good overall and Alistair was helpful throughout.

Phantom have been absolutely spot on - I can’t fault them. Lewis who assisted me with the sale was sound. Nothing was too much trouble and he really went the extra mile. My only frustration's been the time it’s taken to sort out issues with my tyre pressure sensors. It feels like I’ve been waiting weeks and getting through to aftersales isn’t always easy. That said, as long as they’re working with me to get things sorted I’m happy.

This BMW M3's the first high performance car I've owned, so I'm having plenty of fun in it as you can imagine. Thanks to Kevin and the guys over at Phantom for talking me through everything - Great service and very much appreciated.

I bought my Hyundai without even seeing it in person which if I’m honest, was a bit nerve-racking. But Alistair was great & he sent me loads of videos and photos to put my mind at ease. They’re a big dealership with plenty of lovely cars which definitely gave me confidence in my purchase. Unfortunately I’ve had to return the car due to uncertainty with the current government cutbacks, but if things change in the future, I’d definitely consider buying from Phantom again.

All's sound with my Volvo XC90 from Phantom Motor Co. I've been used it a lot so it's done a fair few miles. I'd not bought from here before but I really liked their approach. Longin was absolutely spot-on. He threw us the keys and left us alone to get on with it, He was never pushy or breathing down our necks which was a nice change to be honest.
