If I’m being totally honest, the car wasn’t really ready for sale – the TPMS light came on as soon as I drove away, and I’ve since had issues with the head gasket which does make me question the pre-checks. That said, I really appreciate the support from Caroline and Leonie in aftersales. It’s been frustrating at times and the communication could’ve been better, but they acted quickly when problems came up. While there have been some disappointments, overall I’m happy with how everything’s been handled.

My new Hyundai i30 has been okay so far. The only thing I have noticed since having the vehicle for a while is that the front end has been painted, and there has been some overspill. I would have liked to have been made aware of this prior to the purchase, so I would give it a 3.5-star review.

I am getting on really well with the Mercedes GLE. Chelsea was very helpful. There was an issue with the central locking system, but they allocated me a garage and the issue was resolved straight away. I would give it 100% five stars.

So far so good with my Audi from Phantom Motor Company. The experience was good, but I found the staffs timekeeping not the greatest I had my text drive booked in for 11 but didn't actually get to test drive until nearly 1pm, but other than that it was a fine experience and would go back.

This is my first time using Phantom and based on my experience i would buy from them again if I saw a car there I liked (I'm always looking!). Gary was the salesman helping me with the purchase of my Defender and he was really good, helpful and honestly they have a great team over there. The defender is awesome and it was a good pick!

I went to Phantom Motor Company specifically for the RS6, the staff especially Kamren was good to deal with and knew lots about the car to answer any questions I had. I've had the car for some time now and its running great and I'm enjoying it. I would use Phantom again in the future.

Absolutely loving my Tesla! So much so, I've been recommending them to everyone I know! Three of my work colleagues have bought them since, so I think it's about time I asked for some commission haha! I bought the car from Gary at Phantom without seeing it and everything was as expected. Happy to do that TikTok video as;/when they're ready!

Buying the car was absolutely brilliant, but I'd say the aftercare from Phantom let the side down slightly. I had issues with the car soon after purchase (which the dealership couldn't have predicted to be fair), but the lack of updates left me feeling in limbo for a period which was less than ideal. Everything's sorted now and it's not put me off using them again, but I think it's important to provide constructive feedback when possible.

I’ve been using the Touareg pretty much every day since I bought it and it’s been absolutely great, so I've got no complaints at all. Matt looked after me on the day - he’s only a young lad, but he was dead friendly and helpful. He couldn’t have done a better job to be honest.
