I think the name of the salesperson who I dealt with is Amir, he was extremely professional, he explained everything to me and he was very patient and answered my questions he gave me time to think about my choices which made feel comfortable with my purchase. Amir was very friendly and knowledgeable I had a smooth service from start to finish. The car is beautiful and it drives lovely. I am very happy that I came to phantom motors to purchase my car. I will be returning again when I am ready to change my vehicle. I will also recommend the company to other people.

Sales experience I would give a 5/5. Even being 260 miles away and a 7 hour round trip. I can't fault the sales process. From first contact to driving away. Was first class.. However After sales would be a 1/5. I've had issues with the car regarding the water pump, N/S & O/S front wheel bearings and front discs and pads. I've called numerous times however I've not had any response back. I do know that one of the after sales team had gone on holiday but that was 6 weeks ago. My only remedy has been to go through the finance company to resolve the matter.

throughout the sales process Chelsea was great, answered my calls and emails promptly and was really helpful. Unfortunately when the car was delivered it had large stone chip in the windscreen that meant a new screen was needed, rather than rejecting the car (in hindsight i should have done) i agreed to get the screen replaced through my insurance. Within in 5 miles of driving the car an engine management light came on. I got the management light sorted under warranty but this meant me visiting the garage twice waiting for the repair etc (approx 3 hours of my time) the windscreen got fixed (approx 4 hours of my time) Phantom did eventually pay the £75 excess for the screen after several several emails and phone calls but no replies to my emails or any offer of compensation. Not what i was expecting when i paid nearly £40k for a car

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. The staff are brilliant the car was fully serviced and mot'd prior to handover. Highly recommend Phantom.
