Initial impressions of my BMW are positive. I've only had a couple of drives so far, including the journey back from Wigan to the West Midlands, but it's been great. The service I received from Jon, my salesperson, was brilliant. He was always quick to respond to calls and messages, he made sure the car was well prepared, and he was there when I needed him. Excellent customer service all round.

When I first phoned about the car I asked if could get a video showing me around the car , Alistair said no problem and had it to me with in the hour , customer service was excellent answering any questions car was excellent

Lewis was fantastic and clearly knowledgeable throughout the purchase of my BMW. I'm very happy with the car overall, despite a minor issue with the parking sensor. I've already contacted Phantom Motor Company about this, and they're taking care of it, so I'm confident everything will be resolved.

Not had a single issue with my Audi A3 yet. It's exactly what I need to get to work and back. The staff were polite, helped with any questions I had, and they were prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. The car is in really good condition, and they gave it a good clean before I picked it up.
