Mechanically, the car has been good. The only issue is a chip in the windscreen, which is stopping me from giving it 5 stars.

Everything with my Ford Focus has been running perfectly and it's been a great car, I don't have anything bad to say about it. I'd give 12 out of 10 if I could because all of the team were helpful throughout the sale and after. I went for the ceramic coating as well and I'm really impressed with it.

4 stars overall because the service was good but the only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they double booked so I had to wait a bit but these things happen. So far the car is going good and I'm happy with it.
