So im not one for normally writing reviews unless the service was exceptionally great or poor but the service recieved from Phantom Motor Company and specifically Longin was second to none.I have never bought a 2nd hand car from a dealer that I don't know let alone 7 hours away on train, however, I had a feeling and went through with making a reservation.The whole process from 1st call to collection was great. I was told about the optional extras available and added on what I wanted; those extras I didn't want or need was accepted and no pushy salesman tactics enforced. Having arrived at the train Station, Longin came to collect me and ensured everything was in place and everyrhing we had discussed had occurred.The showroom is immaculate and the staff are very friendly. The level of service provided far exceeded my expectations Apr this will definitely be one dealership I go back to. If they have a vehicle you like you won't be disappointed in the service or the car.
