It was John, Kieran and someone else who I dealt with - all of them were brilliant, One thing they could improve was we paid extra for the interior protection and a valet and it wasn't up to the standard I'd expect it to be. Apart from that the experience was perfect. I'm not too confident in the car as of yet but I'm loving it!

"No issues with the CLA "

I purchased the CLA for my nephew. He hasn't been driving it very much but has had no issues. On the day of the purchase, it was a bit slow, and I had to wait three to four hours to pay the deposit. I would give it a three-star experience.

I use the car every day it's lovely. The only thing is when I got handed the car I was only given 1 key which wasn't great and I haven't had time to ask them about it. It was quite straight forward - I had to travel quite far and I was in and out in about 30 mins which was good.

I approached them because I knew one of the sales reps - everything went smoothly I told her what car I wanted and she sorted everything out. It was a brilliant experience and the car is fine - so far so good!
