Since my Corsa was in and out of the garage all the time, it was 100% needed for me to start looking for a new car to make sure I wasn't left stranded without a car week in and week out. I had a look online for Ford Fiesta's and after seeing one advertised in Wilmslow, I went to take a look. But on the way down, I saw a nice looking Clio drive past us and instantly changed what car I wanted. This is when I found the Renault Clio advertised at Phantom Motor Company. I called the dealership to make an appointment and headed down. Chelsea was amazing from the word go, she kind of left me to it, and it felt like it was my choice instead of being pressured into making a decision. Once me and my dad had a look around the car, Chelsea then offered to take it out, and she was happy to wait at the dealership while me/ my dad took it out. This was a really nice touch because I hate people watching me drive. Anyway, we got back to the dealership and I went ahead with it! It's taken some getting used to, but it's such a better car to drive. Easy 5*

You can tell that Brian is clued up because there wasn't any questions he didn't know the answers to about the Mercedes Benz GLC I was looking to purchase. He managed to push everything through quite quickly, and since driving away, I've given the car a good run out, and it's been sound.

It's been a while since me and my husband purchased our Land Rover Discovery Sport but still to this day we are both really impressed with it! We got our car around the Christmas period so naturally it was a busy time of year for everyone but Longin was always in communication with us on when the car would be ready. Once it was ready he was quick to arrange for the car to be delivered. Everything was on time and the car looked amazing.

So far it's been a 5* experience! I've always had great communication with the team at Phantom Motor Company and If I've ever struggled to get a hold of someone, I would get a call right back, which is always reassuring. What a quick turn around Kevin managed to pull off with my Renault Kadjar! Me and my partner walked into the dealership in the morning to have a look at the large selection of cars they had in stock. We saw the Renault amongst all of the cars but we weren't 100% set on getting it, so we went away to think about it. We then came back in the evening, and this is when we started speaking to Kevin, he was great! Nothing was to much trouble for him and you could tell he is proud to deliver amazing customer service. On the second visit, we decided to take the car home and we are very happy we went for it, it's been amazing.

After seeing my Land Rover Discovery online, I called up to get some more information and I think the gentleman who answered was Longin but I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, he answered all of my questions about the car and I had full faith in what he was telling me, so I went ahead with the car. We arranged a day for delivery and it didn't disappoint because the car was delivered on time and in great condition. Overall, everything has been great and I'm very happy with my car.

No hassle experience, thanks to Phantom Motor Company. I took the car out on a test drive and straight away I knew I wanted it, so Longin did everything he could to make sure I could drive it away on teh same day. There was a slight delay with the funds but this was due to my finance company not realising the money. After we got over that hurdle, everything went smoothly.

Brian was nothing but pleasant and polite to deal with from the very start. He managed to answer all of my questions about the Volvo XC90 so it gave me peace of mind when I drove it away from Phantom Motor Company.

This is the first time I've ever bought an electric vehicle, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily Chelsea was on hand to tell me everything I needed about the Audi E-Tron before I committed to the purchase. I had a 60 mile trip back to home, but Chelsea made sure to put some charge in the car before I set off. It's really opened my eyes to the difference between petrol and electric, I don't think I could ever go back to petrol or diesel cars.
