The Land Rover has been brilliant, I could not be any happier. I had never heard of Phantom before, but when I got there, it was so professional. Everyone knows their job and what they are doing. I was very impressed.

The car is back at Phantom getting fixed currently. It needs an entire new engine. I was driving it for about a month and a half and started hearing a noise, I took it to a garage and they said it wasn't fit to drive. I then took it to Phantom who did their own diagnostic and said the car was unfit to drive. When I first got the car they were lovely, they even offered to pick me up from the train station, but since then the communication hasn't been great.

It was John, Kieran and someone else who I dealt with - all of them were brilliant, One thing they could improve was we paid extra for the interior protection and a valet and it wasn't up to the standard I'd expect it to be. Apart from that the experience was perfect. I'm not too confident in the car as of yet but I'm loving it!
