Alistair at the dealership was really good; he made the process smooth and even helped me with changing the plates. I have also been enjoying the BMW X4.

Initially, I had a few issues that I had to get resolved, but it was all done through warranty. Due to Gary, the salesman, and the overall experience, I would still give it a 4 out of 5.

The guys at the dealership were very straightforward about price and the buying process. Phantom is a good company.

My husband has been driving the car more than I have, but up to now, we have had no issues or any reason to contact the dealership, and everything when we were buying the car went smoothly, so it would have to be a 5 star rating from us.

I hadn’t planned on buying a new car — I just dropped into Phantom Motor Company one Sunday afternoon as I was passing. I’d had nothing but trouble with my CLA so when a lovely Jaguar E-Pace caught my eye, I decided I had to have it! It’s been a lovely upgrade. The customer service throughout was brilliant, but I have to admit the shine was taken off slightly at the point of collection. A price had already been agreed for my part exchange, but after the inspection, I was suddenly presented with a £2,500 bill, which was a real shock and almost a deal-breaker. Thankfully we managed to come to an agreement in the end, but it did dampen the experience a little.

I’ve never had a pick-up before but my Mitsubishi L200’s been great — no issues at all and I’ve used it loads already. Gary and the team at Phantom were brilliant to deal with and were really helpful from start to finish. They even sorted a few extra bits for me which I really appreciated.
