I knew what car I wanted to view before I arrived at the dealership and that was the Audi E- Tron. Chelsea took good care of me while I was buying the car. There wasn't any questions she couldn't answer, so I couldn't be happier with the customer service she provided me.

The car isn't actually for me, I bought it for my granddaughter, who is currently learning to drive. She has her test next week so fingers crossed she passes, I have full faith that she will because for the small amount of times I've sat in with her, she has been great. So far it's the perfect first car.

There wouldn't be anything I'd change about my car buying experience at this company because Brian made everything so easy. He was very approachable and took care of absolutely everything, and as soon as he answered all of my questions, I had full confidence in buying the car off of him. Since my Corsa was in and out of the garage all the time, it was 100% needed for me to start looking for a new car to make sure I wasn't left stranded without a car week in and week out. I had a look online for Ford Fiesta's and after seeing one advertised in Wilmslow, I went to take a look. But on the way down, I saw a nice looking Clio drive past us and instantly changed what car I wanted. This is when I found the Renault Clio advertised at Phantom Motor Company. I called the dealership to make an appointment and headed down. Chelsea was amazing from the word go, she kind of left me to it, and it felt like it was my choice instead of being pressured into making a decision. Once me and my dad had a look around the car, Chelsea then offered to take it out, and she was happy to wait at the dealership while me/ my dad took it out. This was a really nice touch because I hate people watching me drive. Anyway, we got back to the dealership and I went ahead with it! It's taken some getting used to, but it's such a better car to drive. Easy 5*
