I bought my Hyundai without even seeing it in person which if I’m honest, was a bit nerve-racking. But Alistair was great & he sent me loads of videos and photos to put my mind at ease. They’re a big dealership with plenty of lovely cars which definitely gave me confidence in my purchase. Unfortunately I’ve had to return the car due to uncertainty with the current government cutbacks, but if things change in the future, I’d definitely consider buying from Phantom again.

All's sound with my Volvo XC90 from Phantom Motor Co. I've been used it a lot so it's done a fair few miles. I'd not bought from here before but I really liked their approach. Longin was absolutely spot-on. He threw us the keys and left us alone to get on with it, He was never pushy or breathing down our necks which was a nice change to be honest.

Genuinely can't fault the team at Phantom Motor Company. Amir my salesman was brilliant—really helpful and just a great guy. Liam assisted with the finance side of thing and took his the time to go through various options, and was very patient while I made my decision. Everyone was so helpful and I honestly can't knock them.
