An easy and smooth experience when buying our Audi Q4 Etron. I would highly recommend Phantom Motor Company. Longin was friendly, professional, and made the whole process hassle-free; he made the two trips from Durham to view and pick up the car a pleasure. After having the car for two weeks, we realised there was no tire repair kit. He organised a new replacement that was posted the next day, no questions asked. Honestly, we could not have asked for more.

So far my car has been brilliant for my daily commute to work and at the moment I haven't come across any issues. Everyone I had the chance to speak to had been really good, but Barry was the main salesman on the day, who helped the decision making process that little bit easier by offering me a test drive before going ahead with the car.

Really impressed with my Audi Q3. Thank you to Kevin for making the whole process so smooth. He was honestly unreal and made life so much easier. His communication was really good over Whatsapp, I've got no complaints.

The Mr's is really happy with her Seat Leon that we purchased back in October, it's been running fine since bringing it home. I think Chelsea looked after us on the day and she was great.

Jon has been brilliant to deal with while I was at Phantom Motor Company. I had an issue at the start with my spare key not working and although it hasn't fixed the fault, his help was appreciated.
