When I came to Phantom Motor Company in June to buy my Land Rover from Chelsea, I was really impressed with the service. I wanted to take a moment to write a quick review for Phantom Motor Company. Chelsea was a sweetheart who was always willing to help and never put any pressure on me.

Alistair at Phantom provided an excellent service. Everything went perfectly, from our initial conversation to the handover. There were a few small problems with my Land Rover when I first bought it, but Alistair was quick to fix everything for me after I informed him of them. When I decide to upgrade, I will without a doubt use them once more.

Couldn’t have asked for anymore of the company. Owned the car for about a month now and not had one issue with it. Would highly recommend

To begin, I would like to say that Kevin was a wonderful person, and purchasing my Ford Transit from him could not have been easier. He did all the work, so all I had to do was sign a few documents. Unlike many dealerships, there was no hard sales pitch, and I was given as much time as I needed to decide whether I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I have nothing but admiration for Kevin's handling of the entire transaction, and I would not hesitate to return to Phantom when I need a change of vehicle.

After reading positive reviews about Phantom Motor Company, I decided to take a look and traveled to Wigan. I was greeted by their salesman, Peter Mondol, and asked to see a specific car that I had seen advertised online. I liked the car's appearance and went for a test drive, and now I am the proud owner of a lovely Kia Sportage. There was no pressure or hassle at the dealership, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall, I had a good experience with Phantom Motor Company in Wigan. My Range Rover is in good working order, and Kevin provided excellent service throughout the purchase process. He was always available if I needed him, and he gave me some helpful information and advice about my car before I went ahead with things.

It comes as no surprise that Phantom Motor Company in Wigan is the UK's number one dealership. Kevin provided excellent customer service, and the rest of the staff were also extremely friendly, making me feel very welcome. I am living the dream in my new Land Rover Discovery, which is incredibly comfortable and enjoyable to drive.
