I got my A4 from Phantom and I had never used them before, but the service was to a very high standard. I’m not a fan of pushy sales reps but Kevin was brilliant and not pushy at all. Overall, really happy with the car and service.

We bought the car for my partner as we are expecting a baby and need a 5 door. We first saw the Astra it was on Auto Trader, and we travelled from north Wales to see the car and test drive it in person. Phantom motors is a beautiful garage and I would highly recommend it to anyone. When the car was ready for collection it was perfect. All the valeting had been done to an immaculate standard. We are over the moon with it.

Chelsea was really good with me when I bought the 4 series. The car was in mint condition when I picked up it had been valeted to a pristine condition. I would highly recommend Chelsea and the team at Phantom. A solid 9/10

I have been buying my cars from Phantom for the last 3 cars I have had. The customer service keeps bringing me back. Chris was really helpful this time when buying my Mercedes GLC. The car was well prepared and there was good attention to detail. I will be back in the future next time I need a car.

I can’t find any fault with Kevin or Phantom. I was given space to decide, and I found Kevin to be really helpful. The 3 Series is awesome. It drives really well and does the job I need it to do. If I need a car again in the future, I will be returning to check out what they have as they have some beautiful cars in stock.

I bought the car on the Phantom Motors website as they have a 14-day return policy, it was very easy to navigate and also was aesthetically pleasing. When I went to the garage to pick the Volvo up it was beautifully clean, and Craig was very helpful and polite. I do think the 14-day return period online is a really nice touch.

I have had no issues with my Kia Sportage, the gent who sold it to me Brian at Phantom motors was very professional and helpful. I found the showroom to be lovely and clean and everyone was polite and professional. The one issue I had pre-sale was to do with a bit of paint work but Brian sort to it and it was resolved before I picked up the car. If you are thinking of buying a new car I would recommend visiting Phantom for a brilliant experience.

Really happy with Kevin. He was not pushy at all. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. The Mazda is a good little runner of a car and I have already taken it for a long haul. Phantom is a pristine garage with some amazing vehicles for sale. I would return next time I need a new car.
