I have had no issues with my Kia Sportage, the gent who sold it to me Brian at Phantom motors was very professional and helpful. I found the showroom to be lovely and clean and everyone was polite and professional. The one issue I had pre-sale was to do with a bit of paint work but Brian sort to it and it was resolved before I picked up the car. If you are thinking of buying a new car I would recommend visiting Phantom for a brilliant experience.

Really happy with Kevin. He was not pushy at all. The whole experience was top notch from start to finish. The Mazda is a good little runner of a car and I have already taken it for a long haul. Phantom is a pristine garage with some amazing vehicles for sale. I would return next time I need a new car.

I enjoyed the experience with Phantom motors. The garage was nice and clean, and it had lots of lovely cars on offer. My Lamborghini has been quality since I bought it. Craig was a really nice chap and answered any questions I had and made the sale quick and easy.

Everything has been fine with the Mini Clubman since I purchased it from Phantom motors. I really like how Brian dealt with me, he was not your average sales man with the normal sales pitch he was really down to earth and really nice and friendly.

I would say Phantom Motors are up there with one of the best garages ive ever been too. The service and car are exceptional. Every part of the garage from the building to the staff were all amazing and I will be going again in the future if I need a new car. My lovely used Tesla 3 bought with part exchange without me leaving my house (have the 2 week return option). Good communications with Craig. Car delivered on time to home and part-ex vehicle taken away by Brian. Excellent friendly service by Brian, who gave me a load of Tesla tips, and his mobile number in case I experience difficulties unravelling all the tech of a Tesla. Hope Phantom did the necessary admin and I get the V5 soon to put my personal plate on the car. Excellent service by Phantom.

I saw the M5 online and bought it right away. I found it on Autotrader, and luckily Phantom motors is very local to me. I am huge fan of no-nonsense customer service and craig who I spoke with is brilliant. They are all a good bunch there. I am going to look at buying my wife a new car and will definitely be going there again. Few small niggles but they sorted it out right away. All in all banging service.

I purchased this Jag without seeing it in person and it did not disappoint. Craig who I dealt with was very professional and very helpful. I have no complaints about the service I received. The website is also brilliant. Really easy to navigate and easy on the eyes also. I would recommend this garage to friends and family.

Phantom were very good with regards to the aftercare of the X3. I had a battery issue with the BMW light and they told me to get a quote and they paid for the replacement even though they did not have to. Kevin was a really nice bloke and ensured I was looked after. Really pleasant garage to deal with.

Each member I spoke to was lovely and really helpful, I spoke to 3 in total but the one I bought the car from was Brian and he was exceptionally helpful. I didn’t feel pushed into making any decisions and Phantom have some stunning cars for sale so that was really nice to have a look around whilst we were waiting. Really enjoying my Tiguan so far and it was immaculate when I picked it up.
