Since I've always had BMW's and Mercedes, when I was in the market for a C43 I knew what to look out for. So when I came across one online at Phantom Motor Company I could tell it was a well kept car. After a quick look round it I was offered a test drive on my own which was a nice touch. I got back, arranged a day to collect it and on the day it was well presented and on time for me to take it home. I even got the service package with the car, so I look forward to seeing the lads again.

I recently purchased an Audi E-Tron, and it's been fantastic with no issues so far. Although I've had Audis before, this is my first time going full electric. It took a little longer to get used to, but now I absolutely love it. I did loads of research before making the decision, and I'm glad I did. Kevin was great to work with, though he was on holiday during the handover, so Chelsea stepped in. She, along with the rest of the team, was excellent. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they still made time for me, which I really appreciated. I've already recommended them to people I know.

Very happy with my Audi A6

Like most people I'm someone who likes honesty, and if you tell me the truth I'm more likely to get a car from you as a result. Longin was fantastic as there were 3 cars I was interested in and all 3 cars he was very honest with me, talking about the pros and cons to fit my needs. I've always had bigger cars like 4x4's, so I thought I'd mix it up and see how I got on with the A-Class. So far, it's been a great car and I can't complain. My farther in law came with me, and he was impressed with the stock of cars, so I think he will be back for his next car.

Everything is all good on my end and the Alfa is great.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Phantom because I had a little issue with my tensioner belt but they were quick and helpful to get it sorted. The issue hasn't come back around and everything is running smoothly now. It's been a really easy process and I'm happy with my car buying experience.

I'm in love with my Audi E-Tron, I look for any excuse to get out in it because I enjoy driving it that much. It's my first time owning a car like this as well, so it's really impressed me. Kevin was the salesman who looked after me and he was superb, really top draw service from him.

Me and my wife were quite happy with our visit to this company because we were treated like humans which is rare these days. We visited companies before where they don't let you out the door without signing the dotted line but this wasn't the case here. In actual fact, we weren't going to go ahead with it but once Longin had more information about the service history, we were happy to go ahead with it. It's been a lovely car since and we are happy we went for it.
