Since my wife had such a good experience when she bought her car from here, when I was looking for a Golf I was happy to see what Phantom Motor Company had. Just like the first time, everything was great and the car was ready for the collection at our appointment time. We will definitely come back in the future.

Nothing short of perfect! - I love my Vauxhall Mokka and for now everything is running smoothly. I've got a tiny issue with the tyre pressure sensor but the team have been quick to get it in and get it repaired.

Honestly I can't fault the service I received from Anthony while I was in the market for a new car. He replied within good time and stuck to my time frame on when I could both view the car and collect it, which helped me massively. Everything was very efficient and his whole process was spot on. I've had a BMW 329I before but It wasn't as fancy as this one so it was a relatively easy transition.

I've gone from a lovely Jaguar E-Pace to a superb F-Pace that I'm very pleased with. I really like to look after my cars so when I saw the condition of the Jaguar online, I was happy to go and see it in person to see if it was as advertised and luckily it was.

I part exchanged my Ford Fiesta in, which I felt I got a fair price for in the end, so I can't complain. I'm just waiting for my tax refund to come through for my old car. For my first electric car I've found the transition to be a bit difficult, but I'm slowly getting used to it the more I drive it but it's a lovely car for the most part. Chelsea was amazing once the ball was rolling. She talked me through the differences between petrol and electric cars before making the switch, I felt I took the right amount of time I needed to look around the Audi without feeling pressured.
