I was really chuffed with Chelsea at Phantom motor cars. The Ford Ranger I got runs really well and it was very clean when collecting. I also found the garage to be really clean and well organised. I will be returning next time I need a car.

I love my new Volvo XC40 its perfect. I also enjoyed Phantoms policy around booking a viewing, its nice to turn up and know someone is waiting for you to show you round and help you. This ensures that we get all the sale reps’ attention. We were shown around and were shown a few cars based on what we told Kevin our needs were. I would highly recommend Phantom to anyone in need of a new car.

It was the first time I purchased from Phantom motor company, and I travelled a long way to get the car and I already knew what I wanted before I got there as I saw the car on Autotrader and knew I would love the car. I am currently loving the Mustang and will be back again in the future.

I bought the Ford Focus from Phantom Motor Company for my son, and he is really enjoying it. Craig who sold us the car was second to none. The car was ready when he said it would be, I also asked for new tyres on the car and that was also done. Nothing we asked was too much for him. Really good time for a first-time escapade.

The service we got from Chelsea was amazing. We even got a bottle of wine. Phantom itself was a really nice garage to visit too and the car was immaculate when we picked it up. I cannot find anything wrong with the car itself and I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Chelsea was brilliant from Phantom motors, she was really helpful, honest and integral. I could not find any fault with her. I went to the showroom itself and it was amazing, super clean and just a nice garage in general. No issues with the BMW 3 series I bought, it drives really well.

I was really happy with the service from Craig and the team at Phantom. I bought a BMW X4 from them recently and it has been amazing so far. It is a pleasure to drive it and I have not been able to find any fault with it. Similarly, I am unable to find any fault with the garage itself or the staff. Everything was spot on, and should I need another car, or anyone asks for a recommendation, I would gladly advise to go to Phantom.

The car is running like a dream. We are so happy with the 5 Series it is everything we wanted it to be. We also loved the showroom at Phantom, they have lots of amazing cars to browse. Chelsea was our sales rep, and we think she was really nice and super helpful when it came to purchasing the car. We would give the garage and Chelsea full marks as we were happy with everything and there is not a thing we would change about the whole journey.
