I found Pickering on auto trader and found a tourneo custom for sale at a great price. Really pleased with the spec for a WAV. Whilst dealing with Pickering I found them professional and really helpful. I live in Northern Ireland and they were able to arrange delivery to Belfast which was fantastic. I was able to collect from the docs and I was away. The vehicle was immaculate inside and out. Just one issue as the wiper motors needed replacing as they weren't working. Fortunately it was still under warranty and I arranged to get them replaced and working through Ford free of charge. Overall really happy with Pickering and great value for money.

The service was fabulous. Really helpful. The vehicle we bought was just perfect for my mother. The transaction was smooth and the vehicle was checked and ready for collection on the day they specified and was immaculate. Overall a 5/5 and if we need to replace the vehicle in the future we will buy again from Pickering Motor Company. It has changed my mum and dad's life! So much more they can do now

I have been using the vehicle I got every day since purchase and I am very pleased with it. Everything is running great. There was a slight issue at first, but I am really happy with the way Picking sorted it out for me straight away. They gave me options so I could choose the best way to get it fixed. Their customer service, communication and after sales were spot on. Five stars.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The whole experience was absolutely perfect. It was a quick, straightforward process. Honestly, it couldn't have gone any better. I am very happy with the vehicle and have been using it every day since I got it. I would recommend them massively. They were so accommodating and professional. I have done around 1,000 miles. Overall, very good. There was a guy helping me on the fourth court who allowed me to try a different vehicle. The whole process was very easy, and he gave me a van to try out. It was a good all-round experience with no complaints about the service. I was very impressed with the number of vehicles available.
