All of the buying process was done over the phone. The vehicle was then delivered to me, and it was as described, and the salesman I did the dealings with over the phone was helpful. Full marks

I have been getting on great with my Peugeot Rifter I bought from Pickering Motor Company. It's my first time using the dealership, and I'm happy with everything and would use them again in the future.

The whole purchase was done over the phone which I was a bit weary of but it all went very well. The communication was spot on from start to finish, they came and picked my vehicle up and dropped my new one off. Everything was fine with the delivery. The vehicle was as pictured and described on the advert. It drives great the only thing is the fuel consumption is a lot it is eating through it and I have found the only way to save it is go about 64moh on the motorway which isn't the most ideal. But the actual sale and pickering motor company as a dealer were great!

5/5 This is the second vehicle I have purchased, and I'm very happy with the service.

The staff were welcoming from the get go, they offered and made me a drink. All questions I had they were happy to answer. I am having a little issue with starting the vehicle, sometimes I have to start it twice to get it going, however I have spoke to pickering and if it happens again they said to give them a call. The van was cleaned and polished for me. It was all in all a nice experience I couldn't knock them.

Good and friendly service. Very helpful, and no pressure put on you to buy.

I recently purchased a VW Caddy Maxi Life, I have used it quite a lot since purchase. It definitely has taken some getting used to and I think it would have been beneficial if it came with instructions on how to use it in regards to the clamps and other parts similar to that. The delivery driver did show me how to use it when he arrived but it was a lot to take in and remember. Other than that everything is great, there has been no issues with the caddy itself. And the delivery of it was on time and went smoothly.
